We had the same problems with our windows Mold ? We live in a new development and the builder used Alpine windows, and there are several issues in our neighborhood with them. They said they would fix it but have yet to get them to do so.

I have had a very negative experience with this company and would definitely not recommend them. We are purchasing shades for our house. The sales person brought the wrong colors and it took weeks to see the right ones. His measurements on half of our order is wrong and after waiting two months for our shades (was supposed to be three weeks), we are back to square one. The only good experience has been the installer, Jason, who is trying to do quality work. Our “4-5 week” project will be 4 to 5 months.

horrible horrible quality! WORST patio door I could EVER imgine….. everything about it is horrible…. and worst customer service. WILL NOT STAND BY THEIR WARRANTY!

Terrible company! They built two of my windows wrong. They put the drains in the top of the window instead of the bottom 🤦 I have been waiting almost 2 years for them to warranty the two windows for me and still have yet to receive them! …

Alside has been absolutely incredible with customer service and unloading and reloading our trucks on a daily fast and efficient this is because they brought another lead forklift driver and / crane operator/ trainer, from another plant from Arizona. His name is Sebastian, and it’s quality of the type of person and professionalism that they chose that impressed me. He has been here for a little under a month and he is set to leave tomorrow back home to his family. Sad to see him go , but I’m assuming this won’t be the last time he comes back to Washington. Alside has exceeded my expectations with this decision on spending the time to find good quality, honest ,positive , hard working people that help our company Smokey point distributing to become more profitable and successful. Thanks again. Hope to continue alside runs as much as possible.

The worst window company out there. Avoid at all costs. Our warranty claim was never properly handled, meaning they didn’t repair them. And I had to call them multiple times, and each time the agent would say the same thing, “I need to reach out to my superior and she is not available right now. I will email her and she will follow up with you”. Guess what, that’s the end of the story, month after month no one has ever follow up or respond on my claim. It’s just sitting there forever. Do not deal with this company!!

I reached out to Alpine windows August 16 due to a seal failure in my energy efficient picture window. No cracks were noted but there was condensation between the 2 windows. All the pictures and needed information was sent. I also called and emailed regularly. Now today 10/24/2022 and no resolution. My window has grown mold and since its between the widows I am not able to access it. My children both premies have chronic respiratory problems, so im starting to get prices from other window companies and when asked why im Not utilizing the warranty since the windows are new and I mention its Alpine windows, 5 of 7 contractors that I called specifically said Alpine in known for poor costumer service, good luck getting it fixed and they have several issues with sealing their windows. Save yourself the headache and medical bills.

We contacted Alpine customer service several months ago about an issue with our patio door as the frame is separated from the glass unit. Therefore it is a challenge to open the screen door which will not slide properly.. They claim that this is not a warranty problem and supposedly it has a lifetime warranty. It is hard to understand how this cannot be covered under warranty. They refused to even send someone out to look at it, even though the dealer they use is less than a mile from our house.
