The team was nice enough when coming by to measure the windows for install and I proceeded to go through with the project. I was attracted to the lower bid and should have had questions from that point. The owner repeatedly put me off when I asked for him to come back and measure a few more windows to add to the job. The company wasted valuable time ultimately telling me that they couldn’t take on my project due to not being confident. I would be cautious about hiring this company to do any work in the future.

I am so happy I chose this company to replace my windows. I had all the windows in my Poulsbo home done, and they did an excellent job. Jeff didn’t leave even a speck of dust — he vacuumed the entire rooms even though he was only working in a small area. He even fixed a minor issue that I was having with a board under one of the windows. Also, the price was more than fair. I’d leave them a hundred stars if I could!

Exceptional experience in every way. Excellent communication, customer service and value. Skilled and experienced installers did an outstanding job, and the timeframe was about 1/3 what was expected. Could not be happier with this company, and will definitely use them again in the future.

I just had a bizarre and rather ugly encounter with Karl Buchmeier, the owner of Affordable Window Soultions. I asked him if he had a mask as our household needs to be cautious regarding respiratory infection. He said he didn’t have one. I was just about to offer him a new mask when he stated that he couldn’t help us, handed me his card and walked off. I asked him (as he’s walking away apparently angers) why he couldn’t help us. He replied “my contractor won’t wear a mask and neither would he!” I’m left completely bewildered.

2020 was a very hard year for manufactureres and installers. The owner of this company went to great lengths to help me receive my windows in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my windows and installation was top notch. I am amazed at the improved noise reduction and energy efficiency.

This was a completely positive experience. Windows ordered, made to my specs, and delivered flawlessly. And all at the best price I could find. I will only purchase windows through Affordable going forward. A+++

I can’t say enough good things about Affordable Windows, who replaced all the windows and installed a new French door in our house. Their prices beat the other two companies I contacted by a mile, the windows were installed on time and without any problems. We absolutely love their work and highly recommend the company!

Ive got to give these guys a 5-star review. We had our whole house done and are very pleased. We got a good product at a good price. The installer was excellent and very considerate of our animals in the house. I strongly recommend anyone get a bid from this firm. A good local business that delivers high quality at an excellent price. Our house is already much warmer. They had lots of window options to choose from. I strongly recommend.

Removed and replaced 4 windows. Super pleased. Price was great. Windows are great. They were delivered when promised, installed the very next day. Installer was very professional and did a superb job. Getting ready to do the upstairs windows!
