Sunbrite Windows and Doors did an incredible job on our townhouse. Webb Moncure’s responsiveness and understanding of our needs and budget made all the difference. With the support of the Sunbrite team, he scheduled measurements and installation in record time as we were trying to get this done in the short time between tenants. All communication was quick and professional and the one-day installation thorough and efficient. The new windows look great. In addition to Webb providing honest and sound advice on windows within our budget, Scott Peterson also came out to look at replacing our front door. After Scott provided a quote for a new front door and transom that was, unfortunately, more than we could afford after replacing our windows, he helped provide other more economical options at this time. All in all, it was such a wonderful experience to work with Webb and Scott who put customer service above the bottom line. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone! Thank you!

I requested license info after receiving a quote, and after 4 months and nearly 2 dozen emails I still don’t have it despite being promised it many, many times. I reached out to the manufacturer to get traction and they pointed me to a different installer (who has been very responsive). However, due to the delays created by Sunbrite, window prices by Sierra Pacific have gone up 8%. So now I have to pay more for the windows I’ve been trying to buy for 4 months. The manufacturer point of contact (her name is Amy) has basically told me tough luck and that it’s not their problem. Overall just an awful experience with extremely unprofessional personnel all around, and now I have to start my window search all over again. Never in 1000 years would I do business with either of these companies.

Mr Lim and team are the best . They are extremely professional and understand each and very details of what is required for your house. They are very reasonable on the price too. I can definitely say that they are the best in the area.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sunbrite. Webb was communicative, helpful in recommendations and listened to what I needed. They were well priced and efficient and I loved the final product of the 7 windows I had replaced. Would gladly recommend for your next project!

Webb Moncure’s insight and recommendations for our replacement windows and doors (just three pictured here, a few more as well, just as gorgeous) were spot on. He and his team spent the time needed to pick just the right products, finish, hardware, and other details to fit perfectly into our home. He even went so far as to custom spec our front door to include the sliding pane and screen, allowing the perfect cross breeze into our kitchen. Bob, the owner, and the install team also did amazing work, mating the new windows flawlessly with our custom wood trim. I highly recommend Webb and the team to work with homeowners on their new installs or renovations!

If we could give Webb Moncure, Sales Manager at Sunbright Windows and Doors, 500 stars, we would! Our situation was this: some window glass in our home was damaged, the windows were leaking, the glass needed replacing, and was still under warranty. We initially received a lot of run-around from other companies who didn’t want to bother installing glass still under warranty. But Webb came to our rescue, going above and beyond the call of duty, he took over a difficult situation, handling it with skill and professionalism. Webb was referred to us and within 24 hours he followed up with a phone call. Because our windows are still under warranty, Webb will not directly receive a commission, yet he still took tremendous care to ensure our issue was resolved, taking care of us like family. Webb researched several window repair companies, narrowing it down to two companies with the best ratings. On our behalf, Webb then contacted these companies, spoke to the repair technicians, explaining our specific need which involved measuring and installing warranty glass panes. Webb then followed up with us, suggesting that we contact these two companies to do our repair job. But, if these companies were not willing to do the job, Webb also offered to personally come out, measure our windows, and obtain the warranty glass for us. This is not part of Webb’s job, but he is a very conscientious person and truly a blessing. Indeed, one of the companies he recommended immediately came out, took measurements and, like Webb, they have also been very professional and pleasant in working with us to repair our window. Getting this window repaired was initially a hassle, but Webb took care of us and handled our problem. We are so very grateful for Webb! He is a kind person, who really knows his job, and we would highly recommend him to anyone for any window work needed.

I’ve completed several historic renovation projects with Webb Moncure at Sunbrite Windows and Doors. They’ve provided excellent materials for our projects: aluminum clad windows, giant exterior sliding doors, solid mahogany exterior doors among others. Great service and advice and Webb’s always a pleasure to talk with. Recommended!
