Hard to rate when nobody ever contacts you in person to meet your installation needs!!! Rockwell emailed and cc’d the local rep for install. I responded twice to the e-mail wanting service and never heard from their recommended local installer. I went another route…

I have requested information on two occasions; once about 3 weeks ago and a second time 3 days ago. I have never received a response. I am just trying to buy window well covers. If your customer service is this poor in serving a buyer, I cannot imagine how poor it would be if I was a customer.

I have a rockwell window well my builder installed. I contacted the rockwell group about 2 weeks ago as my builder suggested them as a POC for a window well cover. I’ve yet to get a reply on how to purchase it, but i do get spammed at an insane level with emails from them, including this one asking me to leave a review. Note: in the future, maybe assist the customer before requesting reviews, that might work better. Note2: they allow + in the email, so ensure if you contact them, you put +@.com then you can filter the incessant junk you get. you can’t opt out of the junk and successfully use their contact form.

Product is very good but have had some problems with the installer not completing the job. Still waiting for the cover hinges to be attached after a year. The cover also has a large stain which wasn’t visible with dirt covering it when they assured me they would return to finish up. Tri State Basement in Richland Center Wisconsin. They refuse my attempts to contact them. $4000 paid completely last year.

To begin understand I am a do it yourselfer with several years of construction experience. In 2019 I ordered the egress window well to replace the area entry into the basement. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other retailers. After installing the well and the window I had. I immediately noticed how bright the basement became. I liked these wells so much when I found the same version but non-egress. I went to Rockwell and found they had the best price and am now replacing the rest of the window wells around the basement.

We ordered a very large window well and cover…..AMAZING!!! It worked perfectly and looks amazing from the inside of the house and also on the outside. Would highly recommend these window wells and covers!!!
