RC is awesome! He worked to get me what I wanted for my home and talked me through the process. He estimated 8-10 weeks for ordering/delivery and he was right: the team had them installed on the early side of that timeframe. The install team was very polite and made a point of vacuuming the dust and debris around the window (replacing old windows is a dusty process!) and the staff have been very helpful answering questions and addressing concerns when asked. (Thanks Gustavo and Kevin!) Every time I walk through my house and look out the new windows it brings an immense sense of joy. And the impact the energy efficient windows have had on keeping the temperature down in this heatwave has been noticeable already. It’s a big investment, but overall I am happy with the end result!

(Update 2 6-19-24) Ely had messaged me after an extensive back and forth with the BBB they didn’t want to come to a resolution and with them lying that I didn’t contact until way after when in fact I’ve tried numerous times I reached out and they all said “let me look into this and get back to you” and never hearing anything after about a month he’s now trying to buy me out and remove my review and I refuse to settle because at this point the carpet is replaced PAID BY ME also windows are PAID off well before they wanted to do anything so understand this is a genuine review (Update 1) Ely reached out to me asking how he could help I explained the whole situation and never received a reply definitely and A-1 company DONT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE adding pictures of caulking from the floor Product installed wasn’t what they advertised also left caulking on my carpet and floor in bedroom asked what could be done they said they’d call me back haven’t heard anything since wouldn’t recommend them at all

Extremely ignorant and unprofessional. I have a no soliciting sign on my front door and everytime we put our 3 year old to bed they come and knock on the door waking him up. if I want windows I will get windows please stopping knocking on my door!
