Just had 27 aluminum framed windows replaced with Energy One vinyl windows. Great experience with the company. Scottie was great with explanations of the benefits of the new windows. He had all the stats ready. After we placed the order, took about 2.5 months to get the windows custom made and ready for installation. Installation team was also very professional. They took 2 days to complete. We had a couple new windows that needed to be replaced but that was no fuss with Energy One. A couple of grids didn’t line up and they re-ordered and we should soon be getting those replaced. Overall a great experience. Such a great value compared to some of the other companies that runs ads in the DFW area – we quoted with them and what a shock on the price! If you’re looking to replace your old cloudy windows, give them a chance.

Such a nice and easy process. Everyone was great to work with and made everything as painless as possible. Scott, Kaleigh & Doug had great communication with us from beginning to end. There were no hard pressure sales pitches just factual representation of their products and what would work best for us. Highly recommended!

I love my windows from Energy One. The windows have made such a difference with my energy bills and the noise. I live near a train and cannot hear it at night like I had before. Everyone who I spoke with answered all of my questions. Doug was great with explaining how everything would go with the install. The installation was quick. I’ve included before and after pictures. The cats can now have a better view to bird watch.
