I see lots of good reviews here, but unfortunately my experience was not good. I need to get windows and a sliding door replaced on my house. I had to deal with two different points of contact and received two different quotes at totally different times for material and installation. Very annoying. They would not take accountability in their contract if they damaged the finish on the exterior of my house which is why I ultimately would not move forward. Make sure to read the language, other window installers I received quotes from take on this ownership. The project cost went up three times since the initial quote. Once was they missed a window in the quote and the second time was the installer came out and had to increase the price for mortar install around my windows. Again, something I received up front in other bids and not sure why this was missed. The third time they tried to raise it up after delay in sending me a quote and I had to follow up on when Id get the price, they gave it to me, but then explained I only had a few days to make a decision before a 2024 price increase takes effect. It felt like a high pressure tactic and was very frustrated at this point after multiple mistakes, two points of contact, and three price increases. Hopefully your experience is better like some of the others. Sadly, I wasted a lot of time.

Tyler, a tech with OmniView, came out and is in the process of adjusting/repairing some doors. Very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions. Will be doing additional work and I can highly recommend him.

The guys were professional today and very informative! We’re just disappointed that they have to come back again. Not their fault though due to another broken part in the doors. Hopefully, we can get all completed in a timely manner.
