For my custom size windows, I got them in 3-4 weeks. They’re good quality and even better prices! Everywhere else quoted me 2-3 times more and 6-12 weeks. Happy to refer them to my friends and family. Alberto really took care of us.

March 2021 we had P-Tek install new Patio sliding doors. From the beginning they have been quite the difficult ordeal. First time it rained after the installation, our patio flooded. After contacting them they finally showed up and “fixed” it. Additionally, from the get go the screen doors were difficult to open and close properly. We reached out to Humberto many, many times about 2-3 months ago, finally got a hold of him and he came by and said he would order new doors and he would take care of everything. He told us it would take about 2 weeks for the new doors to arrive. We’ve tried contacting him to no avail. He doesn’t answer any of our calls. We called the office and spoke to The manager and he said he had no idea what was going on and promised to get back to us once he found out. We are still waiting for a response from anyone at P-Tek. They were quick to charge when we wanted the doors installed but now we can’t even get a phone call answered.

I replace all my windows. I am currently having issues with one, that is defective and I have alot of sand accumulations. I have been bounced from the installer to the previous sales person. I contacted the current sales person and he keeps telling me this week, next week and this has turned into month HE NO LONGER RESPONDS, Regardless if it is an installation problem or window problem, THEY SHOULD RESPOND. THE WARRANTY IS NOT PERSONAL TO JAVIER – the previous sales person but to PTEK. step it up HUMBERTO

We are very happy with the door and windows from P-Tek! Materials are high quality and manufactured locally so no supply chain problems! We’ll be back for the remainder of our project!
