I had an excellent experience with Window Craft. My salesperson was Pat Oroark. He was absolutely the best, honest, transparent, and fast! I got burnt with another window supplier that had me waiting on windows for over 4 months and Window Craft got them for me in 3.5 weeks. I am so appreciative to them for helping me in a crunch!

We recently purchased a home built in 1994 and discovered the pivot hinges/pins were broken on several windows. The first local company I called for Vision 2000 Window replacement parts was a frustrating experience. The owner was gruff, irritable and short: Customer service was not his strength. He requested a serial number from the window. The only visible number I could find he refused to accept. I hung up so angry and upset. Thankfully, I called a second company, Windowcraft. Luke was eager to help me!! He was friendly, patient, kind and committed to helping us obtain the right parts. And, when he obtained the parts he went above and beyond to delivered them to our home in Trophy Club from Dallas. Luke and Windowcraft are professional: all about customer service and quality! Thank you, Luke-keep up the fantastic work!! The rest of the story… the serial number the first guy/company refused to recognize was the correct and only imprinted number on the window – and no, it didn’t start with a G or M. Laura W

Made contact for a replacement entry door, with a security screen door as well. After providing a detailed description of what we were looking for, and arranging an appointment for an estimate, got a text telling us it was not large enough for them to bother with.

Great customer service and they do everything, they even have teams of installers that are professional and true craftsman! Our windows are saving us a ton of money on the electric bill, there durable and beautiful. We’re beyond happy with WindowCraft!
