I spent $20k on beautiful Sierra Pacific windows that cannot be opened and all have the wrong screens. Salesperson and customer service could not care less. Worst decision I made on my new home build. Do not do business with these people.

“After purchasing three patio door panels, I encountered several issues with the installation and service. The installers only managed to install two of the panels and left without addressing the missing third panel, which I had bought a month and a half ago. They also boarded up my patio door without explaining the situation. When I finally reached my sales representative, Joseph, he informed me that the third panel had a manufacturing defect. However, he was unable to provide a timeline for when the installation would be completed. It’s been a week since this conversation, and I still don’t have an estimated time of arrival for the third panel. Moreover, the installers, who were provided by the company, were not careful, and now the door, worth almost $9000, has scratches on it. This situation is quite frustrating, especially for a new construction.” When l ask for a manager lm directed to my sales rep .

I’ve emailed and called everyday for the last two months to get an estimate on a broken window and nothing has been done. I was able to get a hold of the office once and they told me they would call me back to schedule the following week but never did. Super disappointed as we purchased all our windows from here and had a great experience, but the service department lack of response has been extremely frustrating. In the process of looking for another supplier.

Terrible Service. Been waiting 3 months for a window, window showed up… wrong size. Since then no communication. Left 3 messages. Pissed.

Edit: they’ve reached out to me to try to make it right, but too late for me to do anything with it. I did appreciate the team reaching out. Seems like they have a new service manager who is trying to clean things up. I really appreciated the gesture of refunding my $150 service fee. Updating to 3 stars for the effort to fix things and trying to get someone back out to fix my door. Hopefully a better experience for future customers. —– No idea what is going on over there, but this place is a mess. Weeks go by without email responses. They charged me a $150 fee to come to my home and measure for a repair, and create a quote for the repair. Then 2 months later they had no idea what happened. I cannot get anyone to respond to my multiple (20+) emails and calls. Now I’m out $150, nothing was done, I have to find another company, and still have a broken door! Looking at the other reviews, seems to be a common theme with this company.

The sales rep was great and very helpful, but the installers were sub par. Bought 3 western doors. 2 sliders and 1 swing. Only 1 of the 3 doors functions 100% correctly. One of the sliders has a massive air leak where the door contacts the frame…the installers were over 1/2” off from top to bottom and leaving almost a 1/8” open air gap at the top. Didn’t notice until 8 months after. The swing door won’t latch unless we lean on it. The installer told me the door was warped but would straight out over time and latch correctly. After studying more, the installers never correctly shimmed the door. Bother issues will be pushing $2k to fix by the time we pull/replace/caulk/repaint all of the trim. Got a call into the sales rep….I’ll update if they honor their warranty.

Unbelievable!!!!! I can’t get a response for a quote, the lady ask me to wait 2-3 days to get a call from a salesperson, these are windows and doors ??? I can buy them anywhere for what I’m sure these people charge….. I told the lady I’ll call someone else.

I have requested an estimate for a whole house window and door replacement twice. Both times someone took my number and said I’d hear back from a salesperson. Crickets.

This has to be the worst service department of any company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve dealt with a lot of really bad service departments in construction but this company’s beats them all. I’ve been trying to get just a simple quote for repairs and replacement of windows on a big house for three months now and still have nothing from them. Just unbelievable. The problem is that I’m stuck dealing with them due to brand-specific windows.
