Poor customer service and took three times to measure windows and still got the window wrong. End of September hail damage on two windows, still have no windows and paid for them. Ball was dropped and did not call me to check on how the installation went which did not go at all due to wrong measurements! Somehow it’s my fault for their failure

Mark and I are so happy with our new windows. Everyone at Texas Windows were so professional and helpful from the sales staff to the installers! They left our house clean, put together, and finished in a timely manner. Our house is older and was harder than most. They never complained OR charged extra! The greatest part is they are a local owned company! Not a franchise! We would r recommend them to anyone!

Excellent customer service. Cristina went above and beyond to take care of the damage to our glass window. Although the fix was outside warranty period, Cristina was kind enough to understand our situation and help us with the replacement.
