I ordered in person a door slab with a portion cut out for my dog door. A representative from this business came out to my residence to measure the existing door that was to be replaced. I was told that they would not install the dog door inside the replacement door. When the door was delivered it was attached to a door frame. At no time did I mention I wanted a frame nor was it mentioned when I ordered the slab although they stated it after the fact when the payment was made. The slab also doesn’t line up with the existing lock holes. I was also told the door would not be installed although their website states they install doors and that exterior doors are their specialty. Now I have a door frame I didn’t want a door slab I can’t use in addition to being out over $600. If the job was too big to handle I should have been told that upfront and I would have taken my business elsewhere which is what I had to do at additional costs. It was an expensive lesson for sure. Posted is a picture of my unusable door. Free to a good home. Someone might as well benefit from my hard earned money.

I Love the Quality, the cool people, the great doors and windows, and the really cool asthetic of the business. Great staff! From the moment I saw this store and it’s beautifully made website I could tell the quality and dedication that went to making such an excellent company! Any time you break a door or window, or need a new one for any reason, Sash Pro is the place to call! I love how each and every staff member is constantly devoted to improving the quality daily! I had them install a picture window in my home and I love it. They were on time and did a great job for a good price. They even wrapped the window and it looks great and no more air leaks this Winter.
