Very pleased with Portland Millwork. We ran into a bit of a mix up with a product ordered and Don made it a point to ensure everything was right at the end of the day. Although one could argue that no errors should have occurred originally, I think situations such as these reveal the true character of individuals/companies/corporations and I would use Portland Millwork again in the future.

Fantastic experience! We were looking for specialized windows and doors for our new home build and Portland Millwork was the only one to offer the incredible custom design we needed. Their team is awesome and incredibly responsive. I am absolutely thrilled with our new Kolbe windows and doors!

One of my windows was not closed properly and was blown open by strong wind early this morning and I couldn’t close it anymore. I was very worried. I emailed them at 7:00 am and soon Josh and Jack called me. I can imagine how busy they are before Christmas, but Jack immediately arranged for Jess to come to my house at 10:30 am when he learned that my situation was urgent. I want to give them 10 thousand thanks for helping me to avoid a cold holiday. Ning Lang

Our trip to Portland Millwork was very productive. Main goal was picking out 3 exterior doors, Andrew took our basic choices, showed us options and styles, and helped us pick hardware too. We also selected trim and baseboard for other house projects, plus more doors and hardware for interior room remodels. Andrew was very helpful and informative, great to work with!

great showroom! it was very nice to see millwork samples. and getting to see the manufacturing floor thru the big glass windows was fun. also Andrew was very helpful in guiding us thru product, function, options, and tradeoffs.
