We are absolutely delighted with both the doors and windows. The quality of the products is outstanding, and the installation crew was both swift and highly skilled. After the doors were installed, the reduction in noise inside our home was remarkable. These doors and windows not only effectively block out external noise but also provide excellent thermal insulation. I totally recommend them.

My wife and I aren’t a fan of dinner time solicitors. To address this, we put up a clear and respectful sign directly below our doorbell “No Soliciting”. The apex representative disregarded this request and rang our doorbell right as we were sitting down to dinner at 7pm. Please be more respectful.

I highly recommend Apex Energy Solutions! Home improvements are a big decision and often stressful. Not only do they have great windows, but they also have a great Sales Team. Michelle is very knowledgeable, works with your budget and is very easy to work with.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Absolutely the worst company and brand in the industry. Our sales representative, Cody, withheld important information about how they make their windows (we wanted black exterior/white interior windows). During our sales consultation he did not mention that windows were painted in order to get the exterior color black. He made it seem as if the material itself could be made black. When our windows finally arrived (he told us mid December would be the latest but they did not arrive until February) we were saddened to see that the “black” windows were all scuffed and scratched. But that’s not even the worst of the problems! Every single window has a severe issue; large scratches on the glass, broken frames, bent frames, all the screens were broken, they installed them crooked, they didn’t insulate them properly, there’s some sort of glue all over the seams, and frankly, just poorly made. The list goes on with how bad these windows are! Don’t waste your time or money.

We’re loving our new Apex windows. They look great, they feel solid and the installation was all done in one workday with no issues. Another great thing we’ve noticed is that the new windows have significantly decreased the amount of outside noise in our house.

Apex installed my new energy star rated, triple pane Insignia windows about weeks ago and what a difference!! Gone all the cold drafts and difficult to open and close patio door windows ! My house is warmer and quieter with no cold drafts! The Apex team has been great to work with from start to finish including the installation team! I highly recommend this company! #theapexdifference
