They installed a patio window and when it leaked into the main bedroom, and then damaged the ceiling below and ruined the ceiling effected the lighting and electrical, ruined the brand new ceiling and cabinets they came and didn’t help, then when the owner / operator Tim agreed on 2 different appointments called last minute and canceled or mysteriously was conscious enough to send over a couple employees that didn’t do much. We even talked about how we could add work to their repair to help lesson the blow, but then they ghosted us. this part of the review is from a year ago when they did the initial work…. less than one year later all hell breaks loose like the review above. Dang it! These guys really came through and not just that they did it in such a way that we barely noticed when they left… except for these beautiful windows they left behind! From the back and forth communication before signed a contract to the times they let me know each step of the way, and in the end it just was easy working with Tim and his crew. I would definitely recommend North Pacific Window and door!
