Decided to get a new front door to match our other doors that were installed by Windor years earlier. Our new front door is big, heavy, solid and beautiful. The stain and finish work is top notch. John the installer, went the extra mile to make sure we had a perfect fit. It opens, closes and locks with ease but with a super tight fit all the way around. Couldn’t be more pleased, highly recommend Windor.

Patient on the phone when trying to understand what I needed. Walked me thru the process for replacement on a window insert for a door. Once I got to their storefront they promptly gathered the items I needed and offered some guidance on another future project. Would recommend.

The business charged me 300.00 for a 20 minute roller replacement on my patio door. The service man was very good and friendly but I believe I was financially gouged by this Co. I had to make multiple calls to follow up with them over a 3 month period prior to the service being scheduled.
