My father in-law had new windows put in his house a little over a year ago and he has spoke to the manufacturer and a gentleman named Sam bout getting them warrantied because they leak. They told him they would come check them out and worked on them but still leak air at an amazing rate. He contacted them again then they informed him that all windows leaked some air that there was nothing else they could do.

My new replacement windows were just installed yesterday by Sam Wilkinson’s crew and I simply could not be more pleased! Price was right on target; salesman was honest, forthright and a great communicator; installation crew was timely, respectful, and pleasant to speak with; clean up was handled well; and my view is now a delight. Thank you Sam and fellas. I am one happy customer to be sure!

I’d give them 6 stars if I could! The price was fair, the quality of the windows excellent and the installation was meticulous.. When the project was complete, there was no evidence that anything had been done save the new windows. As you can imagine, with this kind of service they are busy. In my opinion, they are well worth any wait on callback that other reviewers mention; however, we did not experience any issues with callback times.

We had a wonderful experience working with Kevin. He was attentive to what we were wanting for our home and had great suggestions. We were replacing all the windows in our 2 story home. It totally transformed the look of our house with great quality windows and the installers did a terrific job taking care to not cause damage while removing old windows and installing new ones. Kevin always responded in a timely manner with any questions. Would highly recommend Kevin and Window Innovations to anyone.

I have been trying to get them back out for months to install the screens. I happen to meet the owner at the office explaining the challenge I have had getting anyone to come finish the job. He abruptly dismisses me. I ask for a card from him since I can’t get anyone else to respond. He actually tells me that he is too busy to handle his partner’s accounts and he won’t give me a card. This is when I say that I will just reach out to the owner, and this is how I find out that he is one of the owners. Absolutely unbelievable. If this is how comfortable the owner is at dismissing a customer, that tells you how much the company values its clients.

Edit: second owner called quickly after leaving a complaint. Much better service. Original review: Rude and unhelpful. 35 year contractor never been treated with distain and as if I were completely ignorant like this before. Salesman spent more time explaining my job to me, than it would take to have gotten me a price.

Great service. Worked with Kevin when building our house and he took care of us the whole way. Went above and beyond what the builder would do. Even has helped with a few issues after the fact when the builder would not.
