We ordered awnings for the whole house. We were told to expect 8 to 12 weeks before they could install. Today they installed and it was only 6 weeks. They look great on the house! The installers were very polite and professional. I would totally recommend this company to everyone! Good Job Thanks!!

Stopped in 4 weeks ago got estimate was told to drop off screens off 7 screens 5 feet by 5ft from my sunroom said it would take one week or one and half to do they would call I waited 2 weeks told me the next week it would be done called them they didn’t even start them I went and picked them up that owner is a lying joke worst business I have dealt with other than Mr. ROOTER PLUMMER

Dropped two awning type windows on Monday April 22 to have the glass replaced. They quoted me too days for the repair to be completed. I called that Saturday on May 1st to pick up windows, but I was informed they were not ready. I asked them ETA, they did not know. I received a call the following Wednesday on May 1st saying the windows were ready. I went by on Saturday to pick up, and no one was in the office during their open hours. I came back on Monday, waited around 10 minutes for someone who could run the credit card machine, and picked up my windows. If the work that was completed had been up to standards, I probably wouldn’t have written this. First off, my windows have white casing. They used a clear silicone to hold the glass in. Hello? They make a white silicone. And maybe I am knit picking, but you would think the person doing the repair could have cleaned up round the area where they silicone, instead, they siliconed right over all the dirt and grease. It probably wouldn’t have taken more than one minute to wipe the area down before applying the caulk, especially considering the length of time they had my windows. If you want your window repaired in a timely manner and the work to completed right, than find another place. Unless, you are looking to be disappointed with your repair, I would suggest calling around. It’s really difficult to clean the dirt underneath the silicone. FYI.

Visited in June-July of 2016 Dropped off a screen and a job (which should have taken an hour or two to do) on 6/27. They told me they’d call with an estimate within a day. I went on a short trip and called them back on 7/5. They did not have an estimate, and told me they’d call me back in half an hour with one. I called back in an hour, having not heard from them, only to receive a high estimate. The person who I talked to blamed other people and did not apologize or seem to be accountable for my bad experience. I asked her how long it would take to be ready and she said 8-10 days when it had already been a week! I picked up my screen the next day and cancelled the order. I certainly won’t be going back here in a hurry.

They did a great installing a new awning that replaced one that was torn off the house by the June 15th tornado. Looks so nice I may needs to replace my door now. 🙂 Thank you so much!!

Guy working on sat the 5 th is going to put this company out of business, he was short and and treated me like I was a moron over 2 simple questions. Trying to get my mother to go to a different company as we speak, I ended up hanging up on him

Had them screen my porch last Oct. 30 and less than 5 months later some of the screen is unraveling. UPDATE: I received a positive reponse. They redid the panel and did a great job.

Tom and Pete was very knowledgeable, they took care of all my needs and I’m very satisfied with the work they did. Excellent installation, I’m very happy with the work done. Thanks guys. My only complaint was that the old lady who answered the phone was very rude when I asked for an estimate.

Wonderful rescreening company and much more! The bad reviews are outliers and do not correctly represent the company. Everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful and it is very REASONABLY priced so no discount is necessary. Rescreening is not fun and this company does it very well with ease. I will be returning for any more screen/window and awning issues or wants!
