I love the windows, they are wonderful. I’ve had lots of repair work done on my duplex in the last 41/2 yrs. I’ve lived here. I’ve had many good teams doing work for me, but my team of Ari and Steth stand out above all. They are young and know what they are doing. So respectful, courteous and if I had a question, they knew the answer. They were there to work, and they did. Without blaring music playing so the whole neighborhood was being disturbed, and not one vulgar word said the whole time they were here. I’m 76 and all this means a lot to me. I will go back to Thermal Gard, if I need a product they sell. (I needed only 3 bedroom windows, and the price was right for me and the treatment I rec’d. on everything.)

Called to schedule for an estimate, and they had someone sent out a couple days later. Lex was the sales associate (not sure of her title) and she was the best! She was very nice and super personable. We talked about the window, sure. We also chatted about everything else. I’m new to the area, and she even provided me some recommendations on places that fot my interests. To be honest, I knew I was purchasing our window from Thermal Gard before Lex even provided me with the quote. Luckily for us, they are significantly cheaper than our first quote…lol! Our window has not been installed yet. She said their installation is currently out to September, which is fine. This review is specifically for Lex, and I will update after installation. Lex ~ if you see this, the clips for vining plants are awesome! Buy them. Lol! 🌱

We were very pleased with our replacement windows, from sales, measurements and installation. The guys were prompt, polite, experienced, and did an excellent job! They were very neat and even cleaned our windows after they installed them. I would recommend ThermalGard to our friends, neighbors and family. A great company to work with.

Very pleased with my windows and the crew that installed them. They arrived on time, installed my windows without problems, and put all furniture and computer back where I had them. I appreciate their efficiency and excellent service. Would give them 5+ stars!

We had 5 new windows installed on February 22. Paul Illig had come out a few months ago and gave us an estimate. He did a fantastic job matching the wood trim for the windows to our existing wood casements around the windows. And he matched the trim to the siding on the outside. The installers were wonderful. All windows were installed in less than 4 hours. One of the guys demonstrated how to open, set the security locks, and release the windows for cleaning. They cleaned up everything and left the garage looking good. We are very pleased with these windows as well as the others we had done a few years ago in the sun room. Thank you…John and Penny

Everything was perfect. Austin was great to work with during the sales process and even stopped by after to ensure we were happy. Communication with the office was great and they were friendly with precise dates and times. The installers were friendly, timely and did a great job. I would highly recommend Thermal Gard to anyone looking for doors and/or windows!
