We had our patio door replaced today and it looks amazing! Bob and Alex are kind and professional. They paid attention to all the details and even replaced our outside lower-trim as it was old, repainted numerous times, and looked rough. Dan then came by the house to ensure that everything was going well. I highly recommend Integrity to anyone in need of windows or doors for their home.

I was looking for estimates for Window replacement and took 5 estimates. The following is my experience of getting an estimate: Window Nation: Do not provide a written estimate. Sales tactics are pressure sales. Universal Windows: Better than Window Nation, provieded a written estimate. Sales tactics are pressure sales. ‘Pella Windows’, Stanek Windows’, and ‘Integrity Windows & Doors’: There was no pressure sale, I was provided a written estimate. Overall, the experience was good with all of them. I choose ‘Integrity Windows & Doors’ as it suited my needs. Installation Experience: The installation crew was nice and very pleasant to work with. They were very professional, did not cut corners in anything, I was impressed with their work ethic. They cleaned up all the mess left after window installation. I definitely recommend ‘Integrity Windows & Doors’.

We bought our Lakewood house a year ago. The windows had already been updated but pieces had broken. The integrity team found replacement parts and installed them with courteous and clean service. Highly recommend.

In 2020 I decided to replace my failing “construction grade” windows I inherited when in 2018 I purchased my 1 year old “model” home. I did my homework, interviewed all the “big name” companies, and found Integrity Windows located nearby in Lakewood, Oh. and all during the first months of the pandemic. We sat on our driveway in August (for social distancing) as we listened to the sales pitch from the Integrity sales manager, and were shown the product that would be installed. We were impressed with the quality and workmanship of the new windows and custom built patio door with transom that we needed to replace due to HOA regs, but moreover the personal feel of working with a local company that would be responsive to our customer service needs. As such, we were given a great price for whole house replacement of our windows and patio door. With a shortage of glass being a challenge for companies that year, we waited until October to begin work. The team of installers (4 gents) came at 8am and completed their work including demo of window operation, by 3:30pm that same day. They uninstalled and reinstalled our window treatments with precision, and only one glitch was the patio door sliding screen door was not equipped with the “pet screen” material which I had ordered, which I informed the installer of that day. He immediately contacted the sales manager by cell phone as he was completing installation, and the proper material was ordered, and installed IN PERSON, by him and another gent a few days later. Since then, we have enjoyed our new windows and subsequent aesthetic improvement as well as energy savings each day! It’s always nice to know I can pick up the phone with questions or concerns and feel confident about Integrity Windows responsiveness.

Everyone I dealt with Dan in the showroom, Tim the salesman, and Jim the installer were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They carry high quality products and I am so pleased with our new side entry door and new storm door. Jim’s work is impeccable, the new door and jam fits perfect in my 1947 home. I highly recommend this company, it is worth we’ll worth it.
