Well on today June 11, 2024 my father had his windows replaced. These windows were the original 40 years old. They were on time and very professional. They had a system that worked perfectly well for them. They showed us how they worked. Up down and the new ease for washing them. They cleaned as they went and there was nothing left behind. Needless to say I am well pleased. I highly recommend them if you are thinking to replace your windows.

I am a return customer as this is the second house they have updated for me. They do their best to communicate and show up on time. Also willing to compromise if anything is not done entirely right. Prices have climbed along with inflation but they honest and back up their work.

Owner is unprofessional. Never showed up to do the job. Then months later started sending me bills for the job they had not even completed. Once they finally figured out they had not done the project, which required me calling them, they finished it. They use very cheap doors on the enclosed porch that stopped fitting and shutting properly within 2 months.. Had to go out and buy my own. Avoid this company.

Carolina Windows and Doors did an excellent job enclosing our back porch and turning into a sunroom. The windows are superb. Also, we had an issue with the screens for the windows not fitting properly. Carolina Windows and Doors promptly ordered replacement screens, and the owner Mr. Baily, along with his plant supervisor Lee, came out to replace the screens for me. All of our neighbors have commented on the quality and the beauty of our new sunroom.

Installers did a great job but the sunroom was supposed to be done before Christmas. Through December I kept getting the run around even being told once that all the supervisors were on vacation. When they finally did get to installing I found out the hadn’t gotten the permits and inspections required by the city so more delays before I coukd get the electric wired. Great product but poor execution leading up to completion.

The rest of our windows were installed today. What a pleasant experience this has been. Dan called me prior to arriving and asked if they could come early which I gladly accepted. When they arrived they were very professional looking and got right to work. The windows make this 40 year old home look so much better and of course the home is now completely insulated which should result in even lower electric bills. There is so much to say about Carolina Windows and Doors. We had five windows and three storms doors replaced and we cannot be happier with the quality at which they were built and installed. We would highly recommend them for your new windows and doors. They are as nice in person as they appear to be on their commercials.
