Fantastic experience all the way around! Thank you Tim Ferrier and Window and Door Pro. We are absolutely in love with our new windows. You made every part of this process easy. You were patient while we worked to make the door/window decisions for our pool house project. You and your Window and Door Pro team made sure we had all of our many questions answered. Tim Ferrier went above and beyond as far as window design, selection, sizing, service and installation were concerned. Every day we smile when we see our new WDP doors/windows! They look fantastic from the inside and out! It is so very difficult to find good customer service anymore and Tim Ferrier and Window and Door Pro, continually delivered above and beyond to ensure that we were delighted with the WDP product. Mike and Tim from W&D Pros are top notch! They both came to see our home and spent a great deal of time with us not only at the initial meeting but throughout the process. We had all new Anderson windows installed at our home and the quality of not only the product but the customer service was outstanding. Tim is personable, knowledgeable and truly wanted us to be 100% satisfied with the product and experience. This is a family owned Charlotte business and it shows. Tim truly spent so much time answering all of my questions every step of the way. He was highly communicative and absolutely wonderful. It is obvious that Mike and Tim are 100% customer driven. The crew that came out to do the installation was equally impressive. They were pleasant, conscientious, knowledgeable and efficient. The job site was left meticulously clean each and every step of the way. They were very respectful of our home and were a pleasure to have around. I cannot say enough about the experience we had with Window & Door Pros. I highly recommend this amazing company. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is outstanding.

Tim was very knowledgable, very clear and direct, and provided great customer service. We love the look and feel of the doors we got, and are looking at replacing our windows next! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Mike the general manager contacted me and within a month I had my screens. Thanks Mike I ordered 15 windows from Window and Door Pros. I had them installed 8/22. Two screens were missing from the windows. I notified Tim of the missing screens. It is now a year later and still no screens. I have texted and called Tim many times each time he says he will contact the supplier and get back to me, he never gets back to me. I believe that I am not going to get the screens that I paid for. If you have a problem, it will not be solved, instead they drag their feet until you give up. It is a shame that they think it’s ok to rip me off.

We had a vision to convert our open floor dining room into a boho-style office to give us a space for working remotely without be crammed into a bedroom. Mike Howell came in and understood our vision and was ready to collaborate on how the new space could come together. He hooked us up with two sets of French doors which really enhances the personality of the new room. We could not be more pleased.

Mike and the team at WDP did a great job replacing a very tricky bow window in our 80 year old home. The window had been replaced before and was completely rotten and leaking. WDP recommended an aluminum clad wood window by Windsor that matched the other much older windows and doors and maintained the architectural style of the house. The installation crew protected my floors and furniture, was clean, efficient and took great care matching and recreating the very custom interior trim and exterior trim of the windows. I am extremely happy with the job and would recommend WDP for any window or door replacement project.
