Danny from Royal Window and Doors is the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my 18 years as a homeowner. After a traumatic experience and a poorly built door, Danny and his crew built and installed the front door of our dreams. His attention to detail, time spent with me at my house and in the showroom, and how he treated my son, will never be forgotten. Leo, the installer, did beautiful work: precise, diligent, and meticulous. I highly recommend!

STAY AWAY !!! Looked for door replacement but guy on the phone said if they come over for a consultation I have to sign that day ?? WHAT A DESPERATE SALES PITCH !!

I had an emergency and Royal Windows and Doors was fantastic. They were extremely responsive and helpful. They responded immediately and sent someone to my house right away. Leo was excellent, he was at my house within 20 minutes and went above and beyond to help and resolve the issue. This company is professional and reliable. I was blown away by their response, timelines and work.

I found something incredibly rare and completely amazing when I hired Royal to replace the windows in my townhome – AN HONEST CONTRACTOR! Chris and his team were terrific. The price was fair and the workmanship flawless. The contracting process was painless, and I did not have to beat anyone over the head to put commitments in writing. No handshakes or verbal agreements needed. The timing estimates for building and installing the windows were accurate. No mess left behind after installation. They even compiled all the information I needed to obtain a rebate from National Grid. Lastly, and most importantly, Chris gets extra points for successfully engaging my HOA in the project! Thank you to everyone at Royal for an excellent job.

The entire team at Royal Home Products was amazing to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation. From the day we walked into the showroom and met Danny to the craftsmanship performed by Leo, we received 5star service and treatment. And George, Solon and Dino deserve a shout out too for their expertise, professionalism and partnership. The entire Royal team’s level of care and detail, and desire to “do the right thing” never wavered. Even to the point where they stepped in to take on parts of our home project that weren’t initially part of their scope. They figured out a way to make it all happen and help us. The project started with a front door and bedroom window project but expanded as they executed our vision to create an entirely new look to the front of our house —with detailed azek surround connecting the front door and front main window as well as beautiful new custom 18 foot columns and pedestal bases. Leo is a true craftsman and his level of care and detail is unmatched. And Danny was with us every step of the way ensuring we were happy and treating us like family, stopping by the house every day to say hello and monitor the progress and our satisfaction. We love our “new” home and are grateful to the team at Royal for their commitment to us and our vision.

If you’re looking to replace your front door look no further. This company knocked it out of the park. They walked me through each step and answered every single question along the way. From coming to my house, taking pictures & measurements, rendering mock up images to help me select the best outcome for my home, I truly cannot say enough about how much effort they put into customer service. The quality of their doors are unmatched and their pricing is extremely fair. Big shout out to Danny Wiener in their Commack location who took care of me from start to finish.

We just had 27 windows replaced using Royal, it was a great experience from start to finish. Danny in the showroom was easy to work with and super knowledgeable. Leo the installer was top notch. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He kept us informed on the progress of the project and cleaned up everyday, which was appreciated. We are very happy with our new windows! Highly Recommend!

I was very skeptical as I knew what I was getting into when I walked into their showroom.. but as I actively doing an overhaul on my house and what better cherry on the cake would be a Royal door.. well I took the leap & did it.. I can’t be happier, excited and from start to finish it’s been a sheer joy.. working with Danny has been and awesome experience. He made everything as simple as apple pie…well needless to say that Leap of faith was well worth it.. my home has never looked as stunning as it does.. The installers were excellent & they delivered.. words are just not enough.. .

Very rarely do I get a chance to leave a 5 star review on a project we had done so I had to make it a point to leave Royal windows and Doors a review. We had the pleasure on working with Danny over at the Commack location. Danny walked us through EVERY little detail and helped us bring our inspiration to life. Our entry door wasn’t the normal door and never did I have to worry about something going wrong. Beyond professional service from start to installation; I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend to anyone. Thank you guys so very much!!!!
