I very rarely write reviews but I felt that this was BEYOND deserved! My experience with Clear Image Glass went above and beyond my expectations! I originally went in “shopping around” for a quote on custom shower doors for a bathroom remodel. After speaking to the ladies in the front and to one of the owners, I was very confident in moving forward with them. They measured very soon after, gave me a great price, and a reasonable timeframe of when everything should be ready. When it came to installing their team was efficient and professional. Even though my bathroom was still in the “remodel” phase- they were very respectful of the space and left everything clean. A few weeks later, I reached out to them again for a custom mirror for my vanity. My experience was the same; efficient and stress free! I cannot be more thrilled with the results—they transformed my bathroom beautifully!! I highly recommend Clear Image for anyone looking for quality and great service. Thank you guys for making this process stress-free and enjoyable!

Don and the ladies at the front were absolutely stellar – knowledgeable and were able to understand my request and give me a quote within minutes of me calling. Straight to the point, exactly how a business should be ran. Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely be calling again in the future.

Someone tell me how to give zero stars! I used this place 15 years ago for my original shower doors and had no issues. We decided to renovate my bathroom this year and wanted to change the layout. For the size of glass I wanted (floor to ceiling and very wide) I needed to know if its possible for them to get the glass up the stairs and be able to maneuver the glass in the bathroom. If not I would have to change the design of the shower to accommodate smaller glass. I explained that I wanted to know what was possible PRIOR to me constructing the bathroom. They said to “construct the bathroom first” then we will tell you if its possible. Right. So i’m going to go thru all the hassle and pay all that money just for you to show up and tell me I need to rip it out and start all over. They are either completely incompetent or bleeding money so bad that they don’t care who’s business they get. As some other reviews also stated, Terri (I guess the manager) Doesn’t get up from her seat to. talk to you. You talk to the Gatekeeper girl and the Gatekeeper Girl talks to Terri and vice-versa. Even though they are all right in front of you and she can hear you talking. Like Terri is some sort of Royalty so you can only speak to her thru the peasants 😀 I very rarely give reviews but I felt compelled to leave this very honest and detailed one because I am quite amazed at the lack of care. They don’t deserve to do business in the state. I would never use them!!! Its quite comical as this is the stereotypical NY a-hole attitude that out-of-towners always talk about. They should put this place as a stop on the NY tour buses and let people experience the NY incompetent a-hole attitude first-hand.

I had them replace two dual pane insulated windows. Log story short I had to pay someone else to reinstall them as both of them leaked. I gave them the opportunity to resolve but they were more interested in telling me they would charge me if it was something other then the glass itself leaking… How could the glass leak? It was obviously the install and they didn’t seal it in place properly…

The. WORST glass company! I was bushed on the original price. Was told 2-3 weeks for delivery.Waited 3 weeks.Then I received a refund of my deposit made payable to someone other than me with a sticky note attached, not even a phone call, that it was going to take 2-3 months to get the glass, therefore they decided to cancel my order. My window was NEVER ORDERED! I reached out to another local company and my new window was installed in TEN DAYS. If I ran my business like Clear Image, I would be out of business. Beware, not to be trusted on an level.

Have a big problem with custom glass they installed and they will not come back and correct the problem ( which is clearly their problem). Multiple calls and emails with empty promises. Go elsewhere!

Excellent service, nice friendly people work here. Terry was very helpful. I stopped in to get a quote on two Sunroom windows. They came to measure the next day. We had our new windows in less than 2 weeks. Very professional, great job! Very happy with our new windows. Looking forward to doing business with them again when needed!
