Extremely slow, up to 10 business days to send just the quote!!! Not to even order parts much less actually do repairs even though we have an urgent matter that is highly unsafe for our small child. Extremely disappointing how this company handles safety.

I have always been impressed with the quality of my windows that were installed over 20 years ago. Recently I needed an adjustment on my terrace door, called Skyline for a service call, and the door is fixed. The staff and the installers are impressive too. I highly recommend Skyline for any size project.

We have been in business for more than 30 years and we often replace windows in our residential renovation projects. We used Skyline, who did an excellent job. The preliminary stages (measuring, preparation of drawings) were well coordinated and professional, they handled the Landmarks Preservation Commission approval (the project was in the Landmark District) quickly and efficiently, the windows were ready when promised and the installation was clean and professional. Overall a great experience, an excellent job and a great product.
