The property management company I worked for used Windows Plus, and I always trust their choices. I used Windows Plus 3 years ago when we broke a glass window. I asked my friends recently, and everyone recommended Windows Plus, so I just had all of my old glass windows replaced. They sent me financing options when I requested it, which is so helpful, and have a 5% senior citizen discount. Ismael was very patient with me and came out for a quote. I had lots of questions! The service men who came out were so nice and friendly. They cleaned up the work area, and taught me how to clean the windows (both top and bottom open), and the screen can be used on the bottom or top of the window. It is so nice having windows that actually open! Definitely recommend!

After many estimates, Window Plus Home was the best option. Ismael gave me personalized assistance in quality and prices of windows. He told me the pros and cons for me to be able to make the best decision. After signing the contract with them, on the day of installation, the workers were very professional, especially Miguel. Miguel demonstrated his experience and respectfulness. I was very satisfied with the work that was done with them and I highly recommend Window Plus Home to any person who is considering making an update to their windows.

Very rude customer service especially the lady at the front desk and the supervisor they took a deposit for windows. They were a month late and when I asked for a refund, they cursed me out.

My father contracted company 20 years ago for 1st floor windows to be replaced and decided to do again for 2nd floor. Windows was installed but a tub tile was cracked/broken by installer. Didn’t notice was damaged until tenant reached out later in the day and we noticed installer tried to cover up with silicone. Went down to the office 2 separate days about damage and was informed by a RUDE woman employee that they are not responsible for damages and that it’s in the contract. She states owner will reach out about damage so I will edit my review if I am contacted back.

Great customer service and great prices! Needed 2 new spiral balance(s) and brought my old broken one. The representative measured it out right on the counter and provided 2 new ones on the spot (with the correct color tip). Highly recommend!!

Window Plus was quick to come to my house and provide a very reasonable estimate, and they installed the new windows 2 weeks later. They did a nice job with the install, making sure they looked good from the inside and outside. I would use them again!
