I worked with Samantha Roberts @Brownell in West Leb to replace ALL of my windows and doors in my home in Randolph, VT. The experience was delightful. They know their products, they know design, they know customer service. By far, the easiest and most enjoyable part of my home rehab.

We had over 30 windows and frames replaced a year ago by Marvin. Justin was a great first face to meet and explained the process and gave great advice. No pressure sales and helpful throughout the process. Bill, one of the main installers was friendly and kept us up to date on install days. April was also helpful from the office side. A year later and the windows made a big difference for our 30 year old home weather wise. Happy we went with Marvin after almost signing with another company. Definitely recommend!

Got a bay window installed from this company. The window is exactly what we wanted. The install took exactly as long as they said it would. All the guys working on it were professional and friendly, and talked to me openly about the project. Not a nail or a bit of scrap wood was left behind. It was below freezing on one of the days they were working, but they came prepared and made great progress. We’re going to put in another window at some point and we already know that this is the company we’re going with. I would definitely recommend them!

We spent considerable time researching window and door options, from big box stores to smaller local sources. We were at times overwhelmed by all the choices and options. So, when we visited the Marvin Design Gallery, we not only got to see in person all the features we had been shopping for and reading about, but we learned so much more. Besides being able to experience the products in a showroom environment, we also found a friendly group of knowledgeable professionals who took the time to explain the technical jargon in easy to understand terms that helped us make decisions. And it’s a family-run small business. They kept “socially distanced” from us whenever we visited and made us feel safe by requiring masks and providing hand sanitizer. We purchased a variety of windows and installed them ourselves. The windows were delivered for no additional charge and arrived when promised. Throughout our entire purchase and installation experience, the Brownell associates were pleasant, responsive, and so very helpful. We expect to buy more windows to install next season, along with entry and interior doors.

I purchased a couple of windows for my basement two years ago and have been very pleased with the quality. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful when I made the purchase. I highly recommend these guys for any window or door purchase big or small.
