Called for an appointment to get new windows and they never even showed up for the appointment. I would not recommend this company for if they can’t follow up on an appointment, what can you expect for the installation

Dustin, Chan and the entire Window Option crew are absolutely the best. From the initial planning, to my endless questions, to the huge availability of options, to the delivery of everything–they are the absolute best. I never once had an issue and will 100% be back for any future needs. In the construction business there are very few stand out companies–but Window Option is one of them!

Mark Aksamit and the technicians that traveled to our home to repair and replace windows did an excellent job. They are personable and thorough. They went above and beyond on installation and cleaning. I will seek them out again.
