My Vector windows are on the brink of driving me toward madness! They’re about as reliable as a chocolate teapot. Let’s talk about the difficulty of closing a Vector Window, it’s like arm wrestling a bear. I’m not just getting a workout; I’m also getting weird looks from my neighbors as I struggle with these uncooperative panes because they think I am doing yoga in front of them. These were suggested by our builder and Lumber yard…. I’m smelling something fishy… They must be padding the pockets of these guys. If you want windows that work, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Vector Windows! I have had these 3 years now. Each year have considered replacement. The company cant even get there logo straight and consistent on a single window. The company would have been better off opting to leave there logo off cause now until they get replaced I will know who my life’s biggest nemesis is, even if I have to tilt my head to read it. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and go with a quality window like Anderson. You will thank me later.

Great company to deal with. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Dealt with a service rep named Jeff a very knowledgeable asset to there company. Plus quality of windows very impressed with them.

I contacted Vector about the double hung windows I have in my new home. The upper corners on almost every window has open space or a plastic flap hanging on it. I was told by them to send them pictures and someone would contact me. I was surprised that I was contacted back the same day. I was also surprised when I was told that it was normal to have gaps in the corners. I was also told that the trim piece on the ones with a larger gap should be pushed up with the window open to make the gap smaller. I figured I would put out the same pictures I sent them on this review. I hope this review helps people thinking about Vector windows see the quality of the windows.

My wife and I originally installed Vector windows when we remodeled our house. They were great priced and quality. After 5yrs installed we couldn’t be happier, everything about the windows still work as if they were new. We recently built a shop house and went with Vector windows again they had a quick lead time and again were the most reasonably priced. Over all our sales rep Dave has been extremely helpful from an old remodel to new construction. Windows are great quality easy open and close, window locks make sure the windows seal tight for those cold months (we have all casement windows). Screens are easy to remove and install for easy cleaning. We really appreciate how much Vector cares about customer satisfaction.

I have installed Vector Windows in last four homes I have built to live in. I have used the oak, white and black clad -with and without grids and all have looked stunning. Easy to clean and maintain. Great Company and customer service. Needed a screen replaced due to overactive cats- wasn’t a problem. Definitely recommend to anyone needing new windows.

house was build apprx 1 year ago, all windows have ice build up inside windows, called customer service they stated to much humidy in house, Informed them i have a dehumidifier in front of windows. I was then told my information would be passed on to tech and i would be contacted. That was approx. a month ago with no call back. I have called back twice with same response and no call backs.

I have used vector windows in a new home at the lake, remodels, and investment properties. The windows are awesome! The only thing better than the windows is the great service they provide after the sale!!

I am a Vector Window dealer in central Minnesota and would like to share my experiences with Vector. Vector has a very high quality project, with an industry leading value for the cost. I order 100’s of windows each year, with next to no issues ever. My windows are used in high end post frame and shed home projects. I also have put eight Vector windows in my own home. I have great confidence in recommending Vector windows to my customers, and also very happy with the Vector windows in my home. All of my experiences with the Vector staff had been great, and problems if any are handled quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Vector windows to anyone looking high quality window that is a great value as well.

Ordered $17,000 worth of windows, when one was found to be defective I am being told repair parts will be sent. So evidently after paying my guys to install and remove a defective window I also get to repair the window for free and pay to have my guys install it again. Bad business ethics. Will never do business with this company again. ***Update*** After posting this review, I received a call from a technician at vector wanting to make the drive to repair the previously mentioned window. Still out the money paid in labor but I guess this is what I will settle for.
