John and Monty were here this morning to replace a large window. They were friendly, cleaned the small mess and super efficient. Years ago we had all new window put in by Polar Seal. When we call them with an issue they are here quickly to resolve the problem at no cost! We highly recommend Polar Seal company.

Polar Seal did an excellent job installing some gigantic windows in my family room (two 3-lite sliders and two picture windows). They removed my old, faulty windows and replaced them with the beauties pictured here. The job included windows and trim and I am very satisfied with the finished product. I can highly recommend Polar Seal for window replacement and install. They were professional and I had fun getting to know the crew. Thank you very much!

Quality of the windows are very good, the craftsmanship of the installers is not the hottest, was supposed to have a picture window in the back of the house and come to find out they put a sliding window in, the front window when they installed the window they cracked the siding…. The back side of the house upper window they use 3 screws to attach the siding back to the house and put some sealant over the crack… Not very professional in my opinion. I typically do not write reviews, but I think the pictures say a 1000 words.

After a lot of research I settled on Polar Seal because the product seemed good, the price was better than other estimates I received, I had a good recommendation from a friend and this is a local company who uses their own installers. There was a problem with a no show appointment for installation but when I called early in the morning, the owner actually answered the phone. He accepted that it was their mistake immediately and was sympathetic to my inconvenience of moving things around and taking down the blinds, only to have to replace everything. He said he would make it right at the end of invoicing and he really did! I find that taking responsibility for mistakes and vowing to make things right immediately are rare with most businesses these days. I give a very positive review for this alone. The windows are brand new so I cannot review fully yet, but the installers were very respectful, kind, professional and the windows and installation work looks good!

Fantastic experience with Polar Seal! We had 8 original windows replaced in our home. Everyone we worked with from sales to scheduling to our installers were so kind and easy to communicate with. Our questions were always answered and we never felt “out of the loop” or confused about what was happening with our project. You can tell Polar Seal really values it’s customers – we even received the cutest window-themed thank you card after booking our job. I love the personal touches you don’t receive with other companies. And the best part – the windows! It’s so nice not feeling a draft in our house anymore! 10/10 would recommend and we plan to use them again for our large picture windows next year! 🙂

We love our 10 new windows we bought from polar seal. The quality of the windows are great and a fair price, expecially with the warranty included. When Lisa came out to give us the initial quote, it was very low pressure and honest. The installation took 2 days and the guys were very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work. I will definitely be recommending Polar Seal to anyone that is looking for new window’s.

It’s been about six months since my windows were installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and my experience! From the initial quote, to the installation, everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did they beat the estimated deadline, but the installation team kept me informed throughout the process and treated my home with respect. I also appreciated how they never spoke badly about the other companies I was receiving quotes from. They really stand behind their product and team. I’m very happy I decided to support a local company instead of going with a national brand.
