Sliding door glass has a bad thermal seal, and I’ve been trying for MONTHS for them to replace under warranty. Scheduled the service back in April, they came out in May with the WRONG size door. That’s ok, mistakes happen, however I’ve been calling every few weeks to try and get updates, and today they told me on the phone that they have NO RECORD of me calling, and they just ordered the glass on 7/3. Not only did I receive no explanation or apology for the inconvenience, instead, I was told I was lying about calling because they have no record of my calls and they are “required to make a note” with every call. Well guess what, cell phones have call logs, and I have records that I called on 7/2 and 6/14 which lasted for 10 and 6 minutes, respectively. I also received an email that my glass was supposed to come in 6/21 but there was a slight delay. Was there a mistake again and it had to be ordered for a THIRD time on 7/3, and you just didn’t want to admit that? Please, admit your mistake instead of calling your customer a liar. Maybe the new glass came in and it wasn’t up to standard? That’s fine, tell me that instead of calling me a liar. All I wanted was an apology for the inconvenience and a promise that I’d get some sort of priority when the NEW NEW glass came in, since my warranty claim was opened in April, and now we’re in July. The new new glass isn’t in yet, so between the time for inspection and scheduling a new service date, I won’t have this thing until August or maybe even September. Is it normal for this kind of service to take FOUR OR FIVE MONTHS for one pane of glass? Do your customers that replace ALL of their windows take YEARS to get their glass in? Or am I just receiving the lowest priority because I’m a warranty claim and not new business? It’s unfortunate, because the first customer service rep (Dennis) was easy to work with, and the tech who came in May was very polite and apologetic, and even promised that the new glass would be expedited. But the service (or lack thereof) that I’ve received since has been atrocious, and just downright insulting. Apparently I need to ask to speak with Dennis every time. Note – I’ll come back and edit my review if they decide to try and make this right.

I have been attempting to order a sliding glass door that is not damaged for months. Every set that has been delivered is damaged. I am months behind on completing the installation of these panels and I am incredibly frustrated. Everyone that I have spoken with at the Lansing distributor in Lancaster has been unhelpful. Telling me that damaged doors just happen and there’s nothing that they can do about it. I have three sets of damaged panels in my house and now I guess it’s my responsibility to dispose of them myself? Delivery is never confirmed. Timelines are never explained and I have literally come home to doors laying in my grass to replace damaged doors that I have received. After spending over a thousand dollars on this door, it is still not installed and I have to continuously tell my installer that I have received defective products. I would never recommend Harvey Windows and Doors after this experience.

Their windows are awful, and they don’t honor the warranty. My landlord installed their windows back in 2021, two of them have failed, one of them is so full of mold I can’t see out of it, and it’s right by my front door so the last time I had a guest they asked me if I needed help cleaning and I was really confused because my apartment is clean. They meant the disgusting window. I’m having a hard time believing this place actually makes windows and isn’t some kind of a money laundering operation because it took my landlord more than two years to get windows from them in the first place, then they sell them these swap meet quality windows. Buyer BEWARE. It is June 2024 and I still have mold growing in my windows.

We have Harvey windows in our home. I’m writing this review about Julie in the customer service department. Julie went above and beyond to help me and she is a great listener(even when I ramble she still listens) ha. I emailed and called a bunch and Julie was cool with it. Fast response and great listener. She is now a household name in our family. I almost had to consider putting windows in the dog house, but I was able to get out of there before it got that bad.haha. thanks for all your help Julie.

We had Harvey Majestic replacement windows installed about 8 years ago. About 5 years after installation moisture was seen between the panes of glass on a few sashes. Now more sashes have this problem. We submitted a claim online and they provided a quote for replacement sashes. All the defects are covered under warranty. GREAT! However, they are charging us the shipping fee. I feel as if this is an extortion fee. Why should we pay more money for their defective windows? If we don’t pay we don’t receive the new sashes. This is not quality customer service.

Please don’t order harvey windows, after 2 years of brand new harvey windows they are all starting to fog. Very disappointed

Had a problem with a product after only two years. All I got was robotic answers from Harvey customer service and a lot of “I’m so sorry”, “Once again i’m very sorry”. I called my contractor who installed them and he stopped by and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. I wanted to pay him but he refused. Don’t bother calling the robot clowns at Harvey. A good contractor won’t waste anyone’s time citing warranties.

I had an issue with 2 of my windows and when I called to explain this morning, I was met with the most helpful and efficient customer service by Rebecca. She thoroughly explained to me what I’d need to send in to create my claim and she even sent an email detailing it out while we were on the phone. She stayed on the line with me to walk me through where to locate product ID numbers on my windows, and explained what I could expect as next steps following the call. Within a couple of hours, she had my claim number processed and sent through to me and my window replacement is already underway. I could not be happier with the service provided by Harvey today!

I expected to replace a broken sash by paying for it. When I sent Harvey my window information they informed me there was no cost for the replacement sash because it was still under warranty. Nice surprise. Thanks Harvey for standing behind your great product.

Lauren B was outstanding. I called expecting to get the runaround for a warranty claim. Boy was I wrong! Lauren was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of the claim. Made small talk during the moments when processing information and made the overall experience very enjoyable. Harvey BP you are very lucky to have Lauren on your team. Thanks again Lauren for your excellent customer service.
