Terrible job on my screens I paid $190 for 8 screens to be fixed that’s $24 a screen! For them to be loose and falling out of the molding a day after we put them back in the window. They weren’t fixed properly. Sad.

Called looking to have someone come look at a commercial job that’s over 10 grand worth of work. I was told take pictures get the measures, then they will send door styles for me to choose then they’ll give me a price and If I like it then they will come out and measure it and give a final price. Sorry not going to do a sales reps job so you can save money not having 1. If I had time to do all that I would just do it myself.

Had a few screens fixed here. Although they said it would take a few weeks to repair, they called me a week later. Quality of work was really good.

My son is a carpentry student at GNBVT and he made an oversized frame that required a very large piece of glass. The folks at Bay State were extremely pleasant and the glass fit perfectly in the frame. When my son went to pick it up, the staff gave my son much praise on his craftsmanship which in turn gave him a confidence boost. The price couldn’t be beat either! Will definitely be going back for future window and glass needs 😊

Windows were done.. There was no communication or miscommunication regarding when they were done. There is also lots of difficulty finding parking, which is important when you’re trying to drop off several windows, then picking them up. But the job itself was done well.

Very rude and unprofessional beware doing business with these people surprised they are still in business with the way they treat people telling me that they are not going to wear a mask in my house in the middle of a pandemic with 2 small children in the house don’t answer your calls don’t return calls tried to get me to put a huge deposit down called me for a deposit after I had put 25 percent of the job price down already very shady people total assh####
