Capital roofing fixed a section of my roof and after 14 months, that exact section started leaking again. So, my rental management company went back and asked for a quote to replace the entire roof. They quoted me a price 35% higher than they did the year prior. I sent an email back asking if they would honor their quote from the year prior (35% less) and they told me that they couldn’t because of the rise in material cost. I called their bluff and sought competing prices. In the end, I got a better deal than the year prior with better materials used from Glen Burnie Roofing. If you have a choice, do not go with Capital Roofing. They do shabby work and will try to overcharge you. Instead, give Mike a call at Glen Burnie roofing.

i had roger and leonard from william’s finest electricians come to our office in greater landover for some electrical work. they were so incredibly professional and efficient that i also hired them for some work at my building. they were extremely pleasant, swift in their work, and the price was surprisingly affordable. i was expecting the cost to be much higher for the high-quality work they completed at the office. i would definitely enlist their services again.

Horrible! Will never go thru Hdepot again to use this company ACS. 1, Communication was very poor overall. On the day to install 6/22/24, they asked me fix the riser (?) be4 they could install & blamed hdepot teams who came out to measure 3 separate times but noone told me about it. I still said “ok but can u remove old carpets & paddings so I can fix what u just asked to do”? But, they refused, did NOT remove, just left despiteI asked them call their office/ mgr be4 leaving! I had to pay extra for a contractor to remove & fix the riser. 2, A 2nd appt was made 6/28/24, techs came 7:10am (instead of 8am appt & to call prior to coming but they did NOT), banged on door & disturbing peace of neighbors very early morn! HOA allows vendors start any job 9am so I was sited for violation cuz ACS did not comply wit my clear instructions given ahead of time! Techs had NO foot booties on to cover shoes, no turp/cloth or anything to protect my new hardwood floors from their heavy equipments, tools etc. I quickly went to my basement to get some turps to cover their working areas. They did not allow me to see the process of installation! Language was a big barrier as I had to use ‘the Google translate’ to get some understanding. 3, They damaged my wall by the stairs (whole house 3 levels was just newly painted months ago), took with them ‘my remaining carpets & padding I paid for (top of line nylon quality & premium padding). Discussed with Mike same day, he noted my dissatisfaction but was quickly defensive & I quote his words “oh we do good jobs top notch, I’m installer myself 25yrs & things do happen”. Blah, blah, blah he went on, not receptive to honest feedback at all! Told him I got 4 cameras in my house and all on record! 4, Reported to home depot which is another level of ordeals, headache by itself, lots & lots of time wasted unnecessarily & due to no fault of mine but only doing business! Even in their attempt (h/depot) to fix d issues & do something, there were more stressful situations after the facts! 5, They returned ‘only’ my stolen carpet 6/4/24 (after a week past & after I already reported to mgr at h/depot who then called them). Sadly, they returned NO padding & a week past again be4 I got my padding today 6/11/24! My house was disrespected, d techs excessively rushing the job wit zero communication doing work at customer’s house 1st time ever? Still, ‘I’ choose to be very nice to all 3techs & served them cold drinks & snacks cuz the weather was hot that day & they were glad for my kindness. 6, It would’ve costs me less money (as a legally retired pensioner) & stress to use an outside carpet installer as my neighbor later advised me, but was out of town when I decided to go thru hdepot cuz it was just for the stairs only/12 steps cuz the entire house incl bathrooms were all laminated flooring as an upgrade! Its been a very traumatic experience all d way despite I usually give good feedbacks & leave grace periods for small mistakes or human errors. But, this is one of a kind bad experience with ACS! The managers at ACS had plenty of opportunities to correct the issues in a timely, professional way & manner but did NOT instead they were quick to solicit me for a good review for them upfront. Well, the above I have stated are my ‘correct reviews’ based sorely on FACTS, TRUTH & PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!!!

Abraham and Carlos did a fabulous job on refinishing the standing shower floor and the bathroom tub. I never realized that it would look just like new. I am so glad I used them for the bathrooms. I will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend this company.
