We got our repaired casement lock and installed it right away. It works perfectly and looks beautiful! My mom has been working on fixing up a historical home and really wanted to find a similar replacement to maintain the original features of the home. Unfortunately, when we looked for a replacement, we learned that the company had since closed. I was skeptical when I first found Accurate Sash but comparing the cost for repair services and purchasing something from Ebay, Accurate Sash’s prices were low enough I was comfortable trying it out. I gave them a call and I was reassured by talking to someone who explained the process. We sent the lock in and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we received a repaired product! We are so grateful and had an amazing experience with Accurate Sash and we will keep them in mind for any other potential repairs!

I used Accurate Custom Sash & Mill Corp to repair 11 Pella Proline windows that were rotted on the bottom. 2 were fixed sash and 9 were crank out sash. Mark did a phenomenal job doing these repairs. I could not be happier with the result. He cut/milled the stiles and rails, replaced with new glass, put the aluminum cladding back on the milled pieces, primed them, and drilled all the pilot holes for reinstallation. His is the only company I could find countrywide to do this work, or would even take the chance doing it. His work saved me thousands. Bottom line, if he says he can do it, guarantee he can do it. He knows what he is talking about. Total professional. Thank you Mark.

Mark Perfectly matched my Norco, Teton series sashes in Accoya. He shipped to me in California complete with new hinges, stainless screws and weather stripping. Installation was easy. Just had to put on a final coat of paint. He had them primed!!! If you demand exceptional quality this is your company.
