R3MODELING (BUILDR3.COM) 9 months agoOverall, we had a positive experience with R3modeling. The schedule for the work to be completed was set up in an efficient way and clearly communicated to us. We are very happy with our basement remodel and now have extra living space in our home. Patrick and Errol make sure the job is completed to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to complete work at your home.

Neuberg Construction LLC 4 years agoWe needed our front entry door replaced, and Neuberg took care of the install quickly and professionally. Tim and Jerry really did an excellent job on the project, and we are extremely pleased with the result. Neuberg Construction is HIGHLY recommended by us, and we will be using them again.

Keating Construction 3 years agoWe heard about this company through a friend who had windows installed from Keating. After getting a few quotes for our replacement bow window that was lightly damaged in a storm, we decided to go with Keating due to multiple reasons. Quality, price, responsiveness to questions, and the fact the owner, Alan, met us for the quote and said he’d be on site for the actual installation – and he was, the entire time! Though there was a significant delay in getting the 5-lite bow window (around 8-10 weeks), that can be attributed to covid issues, not the company’s fault. It was installed with 4 workers, including the owner, in about 2-3 hours, which is amazing. They were on task, professional, and cleaned up better than any contractor I’ve seen. I expected my rose bush to be destroyed because the previous owner planted it right up against the bow window, but they were super careful and it lived undamaged. The window was ordered correctly too. They replaced some soffit and did a great job on the inside carpentry too. One tiny area was left uncaulked outside (a minor detail), I mentioned could you please fix that in the next week, Alan returned in just 2 days and it was done. They are on top of it. Most importantly my 2 dogs are so happy their window seat perch is better than ever, and the window and seat are more insulated and warm, and they can get back to the hard job of monitoring the passersby and barking up a storm. 🙂 We will have more windows replaced with them no doubt. We highly recommend!
