Wow, entered and employee working there could not have been less interested or friendly. He basically told us they didn’t have doors for us. He didn’t even look at us, looking at his computer the whole time. We looked around for a minute after requesting to go in, then left.

They’re very helpful and understand door installs, which make purchases typically final since there’s good questions coming from the sales team.

They don’t open when they say. Online it says that they open at 8:00 and no one is there. Not even 30min past

Buyer BEWARE!!! Online and in the showroom the doors look like good quality and at a good price. However, once they arrived 4 of the 5 doors were damaged. The 5th door on wasn’t even primed or the right size that my paperwork proves that I ordered. There were holes, chips, and gouges in my new primed doors. After calling salesman Jose and then calling the owner Eric, both told me too bad, that its was my problem. Eric told me that if I paid a painter they could fix the doors but it was my responsibility not his, even though I received the products in damaged condition. Everything is prepaid so they make you keep it and pay someone else to fix it. They really screw you over completely. This company acted like nothing more than con-men when it came time for Customer Service. Trying to convince me that its my responsibility to fix damage after ordering from them. Damaged, wrong size, and not primed as ordered was all listed on the delivery ticket. They still sad too bad. Eric even laughed about going to small claims court over it. You are all better off to order from a legitimate, reputable company that has Customer Service skills and stands behind the products that they sell. Don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting this company.

They Only have doors for 5/8” drywall in stock. They only do returns for store credit most idiotic policy I’ve ever heard of for stock items. Customer service is below par. Would rather waste my time at Home Depot. Do not recommend.

The person at the front is very rude, not helpful and looked at us like we were a bother for trying to use this company for our door purchase. Will not be back.

If you want to go and get bad customer service this is definitely the place to go! I’m not one to give bad reviews but I was so deflated after visiting this place twice that I need to share my experience! First, I went on a Saturday, (my only day off)the hours on Google states they closed at 2. So I called and called and called never answered. There were cars outside, so I knew someone was in there. So, I peeked through the windows and someone came out and rudely said “we are closed”! He told me what regular hours are so to come back then. I was very upset because that was a 40 minute drive for me and my contractor needed doors. I took some time off on Monday and went back because well, their website showed more doors that I was interested in for my new home. Well I was treated equally as bad. I walked in there and the same guy looked so annoyed and didn’t really guide me through the show room and didn’t ask me what I was looking for or nothing. I walked around the showroom, I went back into the offices to ask questions, he sent me back in there and said I’ll be there shortly. He finally came and I started telling him what I was looking for, his responses back were short and uninterested. Nothing is in stock, doors will take weeks to get there and his customer service skills lacked. I ended up walking out but this time with the answers I needed and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone. If I’m going to drop $$$ on nice doors, I would expect to be treated with respect and guidance as this was my first time looking for doors. The guys at my local HD were way more helpful than this Door Depot.
