All I can say is WOW! What a fantastic experience. We replaced the windows in our sunroom—a project we’ve been given several prices on from various other companies for the past few years—and we finally landed on America’s Best Choice. And the Best Choice it was. From Michael, who came out to give us a bid, to the clean and quick installation that was delivered before our given date, we have been extremely pleased. Can’t wait to work with this company again.

Had planned on writing a nice review and overlooking the few fumbles but found damage post-install. So unfortunately, here’s the update. Salesmen provided the standard pitch with some gimmicky “data”, par for the course with all the different companies we entertained. He at least was relatively nice to do business with as a person. Best priced of the 6 other appointments we took, but the only company that didn’t do 24 months same as cash. It’s been about 3 weeks. Went to use our soaker tub for the first time since install and found damage to our tub, just lovely!!!

Start to finish was great. Mark was professional and even made a second trip out to my house with some extra details and questions we had. Raul and his team were amazing. They finished in one day and my house was clean afterwards! If I had more windows they would get my business!

Wow is the best description. They came when they promised. And the installers were fast, courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend America’s Best to everyone.

I had 11 old wood framed windows replaced. Marty and Team were great from the estimate phase through project completion. Price is great, windows are great and the care the team took while in my home was great. I will use this company again.

Replaced 20 windows in 2021. Recent rainstorm revealed one leaky window. Water was coming through the frame from outside. My sales documents said there was a lifetime warranty on installation so I called. Person who answered the phone said it sounds like a caulk problem and they only warranty caulk a year. There’s no visible caulk on the exterior of a vinyl window on a vinyl house but whatever. She said she’d send someone out. Unfortunately I couldn’t be at the house. My wife was there. The guy put a bead of caulk along the top of the window frame where it meets the vinyl siding. Vinyl siding moves so that proved to be totally useless. The guy clearly just did something to say he did something. Not one of the other 19 windows installed has caulk at this location…I’m thoroughly disappointed in ABC not standing behind what was sold as a lifetime installation warranty. The gray goo is from the tape I had to put there to save out new hardwood floods from water damage.

Amazing Customer Service! I reached out to multiple companies for estimates, as well as looked at vendors online to delver and install a retractable awning. Their prices are competetive, but the customer service and warranty are the primary reason that I went with America’s Best Choice. Marty was my sales person, he made sure that I had all of the information needed to make an informed decision. No pushy sales tactics and they delivered what was promised and delivered it on time. I highly recommend them and will share my experience with all of my friends and neighbors. There was a slight issue after installation with a with a decorative cap falling off that was resolved very quickly. I plan to use them for other projects in the future. It’s so hard to find reliable service that is done well. I’m happy to find a company I can trust!

America’s Best Choice Windows recently replaced the windows in my house. Michael Quinn, their sale rep, was a nice guy to work with. He explained in detail the technical specs of Interstate windows, and responded to my emails and text messages in a timely manner. Their install crew came on time and replaced the windows within hours, with careful caulking, leaving no mess. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend America’s Best Choice Windows for windows replacement.
