I’ve never been a customer, and never will! There are very rude men who will steal your spot at the gas station, then laugh at you and your 70 year old mother who has lupus and just needed a cold drink. . They even have the audacity to walk by your car while you’re waiting and laugh at you more. If I ever need glass custom made, I’m going elsewhere, and I’m telling everyone I know to do the same. Rude is wrong.

True, they make human mistakes, but they are quick to repair, replace or correct problems. Tony is always polite and helpful, and sent out his professional techs to fix my sliding glass bath door a second time. I’m feeling confident that if it gives me more problems they will honorably repair it.

I wasn’t going to write this review because Maner has such a good reputation – but then again I may not be the only one who has experienced this with them. It started around August of 2022 with ordering glass shower doors. It’s a corner shower stall that needed three panes of glass. After several weeks they came in and during installation discovered that one pane was measured incorrectly by 10 inches. So they were not installed and a couple weeks later two men remeasured and reordered. When they came to install them they found one door was measured one inch too long. Same thing again. They came to install them and discovered that one panel was chipped all along the edge and had to be returned. Then there were two dark linear stains in one panel that also had to be replaced. So panels came in and were hung. After a couple weeks one panel sagged and started slamming the other glass panel. They fixed that quickly. Eventually got the stained window replaced. The doors were completed January of 2023. I had paid half when I put in the order. I asked if there would be any compensation for the multiple inconveniences. They said yes. I get a free towel bar!!!! They said because of all the inconveniences on their side they lost money on my project AND they were taking the cost of the towel bar out of an employees pocket. Shame on Maner.

Update #3- after the UV bond the crack did indeed run without days. Not by much but still. I contacted Tony and he was quick to respond and agree to go ahead and replace the mirror. They came out within a few days and now I have a crack free mirror! Overall they did what was right but the communication before hand was lacking. I’ve changed my stars from 5 to 2 to 3 and now to 4. Update #2- finally someone responded and they came out and I’ve bonded the mirror. They said it could have been something as simple as a grain of sand that caused the crack. I’m still not happy about the crack but for now it’s sealed and won’t run. Update- not even 3 months into having my mirrors installed I see a small crack growing from the base of one of my mirrors.( no fault of my own, it appeared out of no where) I contacted the company and I was told I could buy a new one at a discounted price. Of course I disagreed with this, so I voiced that (respectfully) and Tony agreed to at least come look at the mirrors. I asked him what his availability was and got no response. Waited a few days asked again- no response. I’ve also emailed the owner and a manager about the issue and no response. Due to this I DO NOT recommend this company. I’m very disappointed. Original post – I used this company for mirrors in my dance studio. I was very pleased with the process and installation time.

Ordered bathroom mirror .Easy . And piece of glass tabletop replacement that requires a home visit because it requires a hole the size of a penny drilled in it. Fingers crossed but I think they can handle it. btw they will bring mirror to home visit. Staff professional and nice. Here is table and I don’t know how to manipulate my phone pictures as I am old and addled.

I recently contacted Maner Custom Glass to install a grab bar in a tile shower. I greatly appreciate the job that Lamar did on the installation. It looks great. Lamar was very, polite, professional and wasted little time in getting the job done. Even though this was not a huge job, it was approached with great professionalism. Lamar also took great pains to clean up after the installation was completed. I also want to thank Angela for assisting me in getting this installation scheduled. I highly recommend Maner Custom Glass.

My husband and I worked with Tony Miaco at Maner to design our large, custom glass shower enclosure. It is wonderful and we get compliments on it all the time. Tony also helped us select our other bathroom accessories and vanity mirrors. The installers did a great job, too.
