I purchased Andersen 200 series windows for a home I remodeled. Mark Hannah did an excellent job in measuring and ordering the windows. Everything came in on time and windows installed on time. Very pleased! I purchased another home in January 2024, in process of replacing builder-grade windows with Marvin Elevate Series. Mark Hannah is very knowledgeable and I trust his guidance in recommending and selecting my windows. Excellent customer service.

After being directed to call them from another company, I spoke with a lady on the phone about possibly getting an estimate. She was very rude and pretty unprofessional. Even if they did what I needed, I would not go with them.

Poor customer service. I had windows installed on my porch almost a year ago. One was broken at installation and supposedly ordered but never replaced. Another is now defective. They are good at lip service but that is it.

Do not order windows or doors from this company. They refuse to do business with CERTAIN individuals. They are horrible. Spread the word about them.

Staff was nice and professional but they were suppose to price a job for me. A four days went by and I did not receive a phone call back after I was told they would call me in a couple of days so they could meet me out there to see the place. No phone call.. went up there and she said that oh I meant to call you back. So I said no problem. I left the key to the place so they would have to worry about my schedule to meet them there. She said she would go the next day. I told her to call me before she went out there. Well two days went by and no phone call so I decided to call back. She told me she didn’t want to go out there by herself and she needed some else to go with her. All in all they were blowing me off and I told her to do t worry about it and she said sorry that she just don’t have time.. I was referred this place by someone. The morale of the story is just because someone refers a place does not make it a worthy of a referral.. never again
