I purchased windows for a small house. Window delivery time was extensive, customer service was poor (response times very long), but the window quality was very good. Consider the timing of the bad customer service reviews that it was during Covid 19 and like many small businesses, I’m sure Master Window Systems struggled to get quality employees to work. I give them a pass on the customer service this time. About to order more windows. Pricing and quality is excellent.

First class customer service. Ordered a window package for new construction build and accidentally ordered one replacement window. Once I took the window back, they were able to fix it and deliver it the next day.

Had 5 glass are fogging up. Lifetime warranty is nothing, They said they could send me the glass but I would have to pay to get it installed. Which I had already done on one window for $50 at my own expense. Their warranty is basically useless. I would NEVER buy any products coming from this company.

Had the windows in my house replaced in 2010 with windows form Master Window Systems, Inc. when they were installed they had a lifetime warranty on them, one of the reasons I went with them. Called on Jan. 18, 2022 about 2 windows that are fogging up, was told to e-mail information to them, I sent a copy of the warranty, numbers that were on the windows, pictures of the windows showing the fogging and bill where there were put in. Did not get a reply back, called on Jan. 27, 2022 to check on the warranty claim, was told the windows were to old to replace the whole window and the glass would have to be replaced in the windows I have but labor is not covered for just replacing the glass. So it looks like there lifetime warranty is only good as long as they still make that window!
