In 2008 we had all of our windows replaced by Accurate Window & Door. At the time they were advertising on the radio. We have been very pleased with the work that was performed and with the quality of the windows. How many companies stand behind their work 15 years later? Not many. We recently had some minor issues with balancing springs (1) window and some seals that had dried up from the effects of the destructive rays of the sun. Accurate Window & Door stood behind the work and the windows. We highly recommend them. They should be your 1st choice for windows and doors. You won’t find a better company in Central Florida. Thank you.

Went off on a rant about “never giving liberals a discount” and how the election was rigged without prompting. Don’t waste your time or money.

Never got to the estimate. Tim Pateracki came to do it. Kept mentioning that he advertises on conservative talk radio, it’s even on his card. Also said liberal people with Biden/Harris signs in their yard never got a discount. So bizarre for a business, I ended the visit.

Tim visited my Aunt’s home to provide an estimate for replacing her windows. During his visit, he unsolicitedly began discussing his disdain for liberals and delving into political matters, despite my Aunt not mentioning or requesting a discount. My Aunt, who recently lost her wife in November, likely had personal photos displayed in the living room that he noticed. It is unprofessional to discuss politics while attempting to secure business. Consequently, my Aunt promptly asked him to leave. Please take this company’s actions into consideration before deciding to engage their services.

We recently contacted Accurate Window & Door to replace our remaining single pane windows and our front door. The work was very professional and surprisingly quick. Our decorative front door is such an improvement that we have received many compliments from our neighbors. We highly recommend Accurate Window & Door!

The price was very competitive, and the sale pitch was very straightforward and not pushy. The windows are of good quality.

Got sliding glass doors replaced a few years ago. The adage “You get what you pay for” is correct in this instance. These guys were the cheapest licensed contractors that i found. Would do business with again if I was in a hurry and needed to fix up a house to sell. Since all window contractors are paid by the window, the install was rushed. Double pane window was on the lower end of the scale and i had to do touch up work after they left. Weep holes for sliding patio doors broke (without me touching them at all) within a few months of install.) Didn’t realize what the plastic weep hole flappers were until i asked a window contractor friend to take a look recently.) 3/5 = average job, average product, average price.

Accurate Window and Door not to be confused with other companies that have an “s” added to window and door. Had 30 Energy Star Rated windows installed in 2008 and paid for them in lower energy bills in 6 years. Small company with a big reputation.

Frank does not stand behind his warranty. We have a window that failed and needs to be replaced and they are refusing to replace it.
