their office staff are excellent, took care of hoa permits. Installation crew were very professional. Minor issues that were pending after installation were taken care of by them, with out me having to follow up!

I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to ERA for their outstanding work in installing our new hurricane shutters, impact windows, and impact doors over the past several weeks. The dedication and teamwork exhibited by the team has been truly remarkable and instrumental in the successful completion of this project. We just had our insurance inspection for hurricane impact protection, and I am thrilled to report that the inspector confirmed we will be receiving a certification for 100% hurricane impact protection. The salesperson was terrific, and the job started off well, most of the installation, 33 windows and doors, was done in 4 days. But the installers were not sensitive to people living in the house, they yelled at each other and one of them smoked in my house. Worse, they left the windows with piles of sawdust in the tracks, dents in the window frames and damage to my brand new wood floors. Finally, it took 4 months from initial installation to get all the parts installed. I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I wanted to like the company I really did. But this is just not professional. Doors took months longer than they promised. Which I understand I am a AC contractor myself there are supply chain issues. But then after waiting for months they installed a damaged door. The remedy for this was to take the door to the door manufacturer and get it repaired. They took the door at 10:30AM it is now 8:30 p.m. and no one is here and I’m left with a Giant hole in my house. I have a cat and two dogs this is horrible. UPDATE: they finally showed up with the door after 9:00 p.m. so I was stuck with an open house for 11 hours. They did not put up any plastic or temporary seal. The previous doors were pre-hung doors so the new doors were a lot taller to fit the concrete opening. They did not trim the interior wall before installing the doors. This left me with 4″ of wall I had to cut away with the doors installed on both doors, in order to do the casing and trim. I’m guessing because I didn’t pay the extra $800 for them to do the interior trim. As a South Florida contractor I would expect a lot more for over $5,000 for two doors. None of the workers spoke English very well which also made things difficult.

I would like to say how grateful I am for VJ (I think a manger), Giovanni & Jesus who did my plaster work to fix the many imperfections from the install. They removed all the caulking from install. Giovanni and Jesus’s work was spot on and truly made me feel like this process was worth it. If it wasn’t for me leaving a review VJ would have never been aware of my dissatisfaction. He really went above and beyond and even stayed at my home the entire time during the plastering and recaulking. I wish he was my project manager to begin with. I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to go through the disappointment until VJ stepped in. Install was poorly done, voiced my concerns multiple times that I wasn’t happy with the caulking that was caked on. She (project manager) advised me that I just had to paint. I had another installer from a different company come out to assess the install who thought it was horribly done. I believe the project manager is 100% held accountable for the poor job as she sets the standards of acceptable work. I literally cried because I felt I paid $13k to ruin my home. I posted a negative review and that when VJ reached out. I now feel 100% content with the work that was done. Thank again, VJ, Giovanni & Jesus! Need to knows: – I was told window would take 3 months, it took 8. ( it’s wasn’t an issue, I wasn’t in a rush) manufacture delays -Stuco will be broken -You’ll need touch up paint – Dust for days -Window sills will be broken -If you aren’t satisfied with the end result, request VJ

We had ERA team installing 14 windows in our house. While looks like being a young company in the market compared to competitors they actually showed high professionalism and expertise during the whole process . We were pleased with the management and process leaders on their clarity and transparency from the beginning to the end. Communication and coordination of tasks was great with no time lapses. They came to do the job when agreed and did not stop until they finished. We were also very happy with the quality of work by the installation team who were very communicative and perceptive to our needs. We also found ERA very competitive on prices beating all competitors who came to offer. Thank you ERA and team!

There was a little misunderstanding at the beginning but I was extremely pleased with the communication + service overall. Arelis and Mariam especially were top notch throughout and I fully recommend ERA windows.

As a project owner and General Contractor, my experience with ERA surpassed my expectations. ERA’s work at Strike 10 Bowling located in Mizner Pork Boca Raton, had to be carefully planned and took many hours of coordination from beginning to end. ERA’s team, composed of extremely professional and knowledgeable experts were always on top of every stage of the project supporting us with site visits, shop drawings, permit documents and strong coordination with other subcontractors.Their product quality is exceptional and installation was fast and efficient. I have successfully recommended ERA in the past to my own family members and clients with great end results and will always recommend them for any commercial and residential projects.

I went in with a neighbor that had gotten a quote and I thought it was reasonable. I met with the sales rep Ramiro, who is fantastic, honest, told me exactly what to expect. They take care of everything: permits, HOA, inspections, removal of old windows etc. which is fantastic. My only complaint is that during installation my window sills got greatly chipped, my laminent stairs got scratched and the outside stucco was damaged. The screen needed to be replaced three because 1) it was the wrong size and the installers bent it in order to fit 2) the replacement still didnt fit because they fixed the dent 3) they had to comeback to take measurements to make a new screen. I inquired many times about the inside window sill that had a chunk taken out and literally not a word, not even and “I’m sorry that happened.” Yet in the meantime they wanted all payment before the entire job was not done and especially when the screen didnt fit. So I give four stars because Ramiro is awesome, the communication about the process was always there with the project manager was good, and I like my windows. I have referred ERA to many people.
