My first experience at this company was tech got jammed up and won’t be out to my home. After sitting and waiting from 8-1. I decided to call because it’s only right. I was told no tech will be out. Would it had been too hard for that one person they have to give a courtesy call to let me know? As being in the same industry, I would not have accepted one of my customers calling in to tell me my office drop the ball and had no common courtesy to call my customer to let them know our technician had an emergency and won’t be out at their home. As a business owner and running a company over 40 years mistakes do occur but this was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

I used them many years ago for my shower doors in my bathrooms and again for my log cabin! By far one of the best companies I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Very professional and their attention to detail was amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Extremely happy!
