I can’t say enough about the Great Work that Weather Tite Windows did at our Home. The Salesman Eli Gonzales was very professional the installation crew were Amazing thank you to the installers: Mario, Alberto and Jairon. I highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Some glitches, but they followed through and it worked out. 1. The initial sales with Grant, no issues. He was very knowledgeable about presenting different options, polite and not pushy, and proactively provided extra info he thought our condo approval might need. 2. We were informed at time of sale that there were still waits for products from factory, but our order did come in on the short end of the time frame provided. 3. The installers for part one were professional, communicative, worked diligently and tried to minimize any mess. Unfortunately one set of windows arrived wrong and they could not install it 4 Unfortunately the replacement window got put on back order, so took longer than the expected timeframe, but did arrive eventually. Different installers for part 2, but still professional, worked diligently and minimal mess/ disruption. 5. a couple weeks later, weathertite informed me they failed inspection because child control opening devices were not installed. They had someone come out the following week to fix this and inspection and permit now complete. 6. Yes, there were some glitches but at least the folks at Weathertite were aware and intiating correction, and whenever i called i always reached an actual person, and if she said she was reaching out to someone else for additional info, i would get a follow up call same day. Yes, mistakes can happen, and how you handle them makes all the difference to me.

This is our second year buying windows from Weather Tite. The entire process has been great: from sales to scheduling to measurements and installation. We just got a slider installed today and it looks so good we decided to do the rest of our sliders and windows. Thanks for a great experience Weather Tite team. We appreciate it.

This is the 2nd time we’ve had Weather Tite Windows come out to replace our windows/ sliding doors. Andrew Mallin came out both times and worked with us to get us both what we wanted and also at a reasonable price. He’s very personable and professional. He came on time and had everything he needed to show us what we were purchasing. And the 1st time the installers came, they also came on time and worked tirelessly for the 3 days they were here to replace 11 windows, including and two eyebrows. We would heartily recommend Weather Tite Windows to anyone.

WT WINDOWS WAS OUTSTANDING FROM START TO COMPLETION OF OUR 14 PGT IMPACT RESISTANT WINDOWS & 1 PATIO SLIDER. WE CHOSE WT AFTER 3 BIDS & EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON PGT WINDOWS. EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT FROM BEGINNING WITH OUR INITIAL CONTACT WITH ROSS MALLIN WHO WAS SUPERIOR IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS BOTH IN FOLLOW UP & AVAILABILITY, TO ALLISON MERCURIO IN SERVICE & SCHEDULING THROUGH INSTALLATION BY LUKE & HIS CREW. This was the best and smoothest installation I could have had. The installer Williams and his crew were polite, professional and quick. I have an older home and they were very careful not to damage anything during the removal process. 100% satisfied.

Our installers showed up on time every day, worked diligently, efficiently, and so very cleanly.
