I recently had the pleasure of working with South East Windows and Glass for the installation of two shower enclosures, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Moreover, the quality of their workmanship is outstanding. The shower enclosures not only look stunning but are also built to last. I decided to go with Southeast Windows & Glass, Inc. after a neighbor told me about them and I’m so glad I went with them. I decided to make this huge home investment with them and their professionalism, knowledge and attention to every detail made my project go as seamless as possible. They set out to do verything they said to a T. The entire staff made sure every detail was addressed to include some after installation needs. I replaced 38 windows and a patio door and I was very satisfied with their work. They are by far the best company I’ve worked with. Great job and thank you. I highly recommend this company for your projects large or small.

Southeast Windows & Glass is TOP NOTCH. They have some of the best folks around working for them. They are courteous and the work they did is incredible!…despite my early 80’s house throwing every possible challenge their way. I LOVE my new windows and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering replacement windows. Even my inspector said- and I quote- “some of the best work I’ve seen”. 🙂

Quoted me same price twice (over phone and in person for 75$) to repair a small window then signed a contract and took the initial payment. They then later tried to double price randomly weeks after the order was placed for the materials, and initial payments were taken with prior attempts to upcharge after payments were made and contract had been signed. Thats just bad business tactics and practice

Great experience! This company replaced a sliding door for us that we believed was leaking. After installing the new door we still had the same issue. Rick was great to work with and went above and beyond to detect where the water was actually coming from. We love our new door and will definitely be using them again to replace future doors.

What a painful process to work with this company. They aren’t good communicators first off. Installers are told something different than what the owner tells the customer. Very Forgetful or not organized?Frequently I had to call and remind them to schedule a fix. The Windows are okay- but the doors left me unhappy. I would NOT let this company touch any door of yours. It was installed out of level and they refuse to reinstall properly. Instead they sent 4 different people to “adjust” it with no luck. I’m still waiting for my door to be fixed, but I’m assuming I’ll never hear from these people again. Unless I leave a bad review or call them…. I was told some ridiculous excuses for the improper install, and then the owner would say something completely different. I would not recommend this company to anyone which is unfortunate because Rick is such a nice guy and I like to support small businesses.
