The worst. I tried calling the local office 3 times for an appointment. Had to leave a message every time. Never responded even though I would be a repeat customer. Finally called Marvin directly. They had their salesman for Florida get in touch with Todd Poorman from Window Classics who did call me back and make an appointment to come out to our home. He showed up on time and spent an hour discussing our needs and making notes. That was on a Friday morning October 13, 2023. He said he would be back with a quote by Monday. When I didn’t hear back from him on Monday afternoon, I called him. He said he didn’t have a chance yet but would be back shortly. Today is April 16, 2024,I’m still waiting.

Knowledgeable team but today is 75 days since we are waiting for getting a quote after visiting their sales rep. Even after several follow up calls. They waste your time and just promise sending quote but nothing will happen.

This isn’t because of Window Classics per se but Marvin Windows and Doors. Marvin premium aluminum wood clad windows prematurely broke and some even rotted. Window classics attempted to have Marvin do the right thing but was turned down. Stay away from Marvin products.
