Ordered hurricane impact windows September 2023, installed November 2023. Passed inspection and approved by condo association. Nice people mostly, a few communication challenges, but finished product looks good.

After spending thousands of dollars installing around 20 impact windows years ago I stop by their shop because I needed a couple of plastic pieces that broke. Instead of them thanking me for using their service I was charged $17.50 plus tax plus 3% for using a credit card and to top it all off it didn’t add up to their $20.00 dollar minimum so they just rounded it up to $20.00. I have multiple properties that need impact windows but after dealing with them over a couple plastic pieces I would definitely recommend a company with better customer service.

We used Vico a few years ago to replace the windows in our condo. We were so pleased with the work, we used them again this year when we moved to a house. Can’t say enough about them: the level of detail Dino thinks through when laying out the windows and doors, the quality of the work done by the install crews, and the clean-up/stucco touch-up. Definitely recommend them without hesitation – they are excellent to work with!

Fantastic company to deal with from their sales personnel, permitting/HOA approvals, installation coordination and the installation professionals on top of providing a very fair price. We have used other companies in the past and had nothing but problems, we are now VICO customers for life!

My wife and I had been thinking about getting hurricane impact window and doors for a while now! It just so happens my brother-in-law had Vico window install all of his window and doors a while back! Wow what beautiful window and doors! He was very pleased with the outcome of the work!! Well we decided to go with Vico and just recently had our window and doors installed! Beautiful window and doors transformed our home to another level of beauty! Vico was professional and helpful throughout the process! The installers have been with Vico for many years! They have a great support staff and will take care of any issues you may have! I highly recommend Vico anyone wanting new window and doors! Thank you for job well done! Jerry and Terry
