Prices are extremely high for very low quality. They want to charge double the price than any other manufacturer and the quality, service and glass strength is not there.

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT BUY there, I went to their office . ordered and paid windows and doors $18K total “”bronze”” with a change in size the vendor left “”white “‘ some (frames and handles bronze with inside sliding doors white ) When delivered I rejected the white . Nobody noticed that weird order ! NOBODY CARE of the client just your money !! I should have to pay again $7K and wait 3 month for “”bronze”” i do not have the money. UW (Eco)ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY . the manager should have taken responsibility for his employees and production department , no controls , no responsibilities. terrible bad managers!! and didn’t call me to resolve their mistake despite my emails, phone calls and even returning the merchandise, which i have no other choice (money) to take back.

Update number 2. Been about two months since the owners response that I fill out thier online form. ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE FROM ECO WINDOWS. However I finally got the attention of a manager at New South Windows. He tried dealing with Eco Windows for parts or service and got nowhere with them so he has ordered parts from a 3rd party to repair my issues. So Eco Windows service is so bad that they even give their sister company a hard time. The company I might add that sold and installed thier products. SO THE BOTTOM LINE IS RUN THE OTHER WAY IF A SALES PERSON WANTS TO SELL YOU ECO WINDOWS. Been 13 months since my windows were installed. Update. I filled out the form the owner suggested in thier reply about a week ago and have not gotten a response, so still not sure they really care. My next option will be to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s consumer division. Terrible service and support after the sale. I had 11 impact Eco Windows installed in my home in January 2023 by New South Windows which I was told by the salesman was a sister company. One of the windows had a part falling off it that holds the glass in when it was installed. A month later when a tech came to repair the window he ripped the gasket at the bottom of the window. Took them 2 months more to show up to fix the gasket and when they put the window back in they broke the ballast in the window. It is now a year later, the window is not operable and Imy calls are being ignored. In addition I have 3 other windows that the gasket is either missing or torn. These windows have been opened less that 3 or 4 times since they were installed 11 months ago. I would advise buyers to stay away from New South Windows and Eco Windows which are both owned by PGT as they ignore the customer after the sale.

Way too much caulking I couldn’t communicate , different Language. Had to fix a window seal they busted dropping a window installing. With attitude they fixed it and did a horrible job. Wanted payment before they left and pretty much said ” hope your happy, payment is due. Never one person from the company came that knows construction came to view the work afterwards, even after the city inspector failed the first inspection. Gotta just say OK HORRIBLE

UPDATE – Eco Window systems responded and doesn’t support the work by their distributors. They did give me a number to call, but they just gave me the run around. I cannot stress enough! Do not buy these windows. The quality is not good. The support and service of this manufacture is worse. We had our windows replaced with hurricane windows by Eco Window Systems distributor. We have a couple of windows that had defects. We had other windows that the wrong window was installed. We have multiple windows that were not installed properly and there are gaps between the window and the house. This would have all been ok if we could get them to respond to any requests. But their lack of response is why I am writing this review. We want our windows installed correctly. We want the wrong windows corrected. We want the damage repaired. Unfortunately I have been doing the corrections I can. The repairs and replacement will probably end up being done by a different window company. I do not want to deal with the dealer. We have already seen the shotty workmanship they do and don’t want them back in our home. I would avoid doing business with this company or any of their dealers.

I was given a timeframe of 6 to 8 weeks. It’s been 15 weeks and “it’s still in production” with no date given for completion. I’m leaving town end of February for the season and I don’t know when I will return.

Beware! When you hire a contractor and they want to put in ECO Windows, I’ll explain what happens. ECO sent us wrong items and defective items (glass imperfections, door openings wrong, warped sliding glass door frames). ECO will not respond to us, the homeowner only to the contractor. They will not answer questions for us. They sent out a separate contractor to replace our front doors, the contractor broke the glass. After weeks we finally got on the schedule for the glass to be repaired. The door went from having the design (we initially paid for) to now having no design. Another service call will have to be done. The doors are now not level, faulty and make noise when a plane/helicopter fly over or there is thunder. This is TERRIBLE! ECO will offer one date/time and if you don’t respond quickly the appointment is no longer available. The techs also barely speak English making it difficult to communicate. We started this process in January and it is now August. Each time ECO has to come out and the openings are exposed, I have to do a major cleaning of my house. It’s truly a nightmare dealing with this company. Update for October-still waiting on a remedy. After denials, then promises to make it right. I am unsure if there will be a follow up or further action needs to be taken legally. Update for January 2024-ECO finally sent someone out to evaluate our warranty repairs on the defective glass. A company was sent on ECOs behalf to buff the glass to make it clear. It actually worked. Now I am just waiting on a remedy for the front doors. They still do not operate correctly.

⚠️ Beware: Horrendous Experience with⚠️ I feel compelled to share the nightmare I’ve endured with Eco Window System, hoping to spare others from the colossal disappointment and frustration I’ve experienced. In December 2022, I ordered a door for my home and paid in full. Fast forward to September 15th, 2023 – the door finally arrived, late and in a completely wrong color! I promptly returned it. Now, over a year later, I’m left doorless and clueless about my order. No replacement, no information – just silence. Two years since my initial order, and all I’ve gained is immense frustration. It’s beyond belief that a company can provide such atrocious service. I have reached out to the company numerous times and have gotten no response. #EcoWindowSystem #CustomerServiceNightmare #NeverAgain
