I have to imagine that all of these 5 star reviews are fabricated. They lied and told us that they would come to install our window a week in advance of when they actually came. They told us it would be a one day project. They ended up coming on a Friday, worked for two hours, and left a gaping hole and a mess over the whole weekend. Their customer service was extremely rude and they left us with an unfinished product. I would never use this company again. Please do yourself a favor and shop around before using this company.

Do yourselves a favor and shop around. Recently got a quote from this company. They only send a worker out to measure. No brochures to look at the doors or windows so you can pick from. Was told to look online and that the company would email it to me. I looked online and there’s no catalog. I received the quote, but no brochure or pictures to know what I’m buying. Also, their permit pulling fees are ridiculously high, $1600. I asked why so high and it was due to engineering expenses. I was told I could pull them myself if I chose to do so. Roofing companies don’t even charge fees that high. The whole interaction was less than professional.

These people, from the owner to the installers are the bomb. They are cubans (I am cuban btw) who show up on time everytime, weird right? They also work non stop. They did my windows installation in only 1 day eventhough it was supposed to be 2 days. They clean after themselves and set covers for furniture. They also provided me with an installer to be present the day of the inspection from miami dade, we all know how draining and confusing those inspections are. Price was also great ” lo barato no sale caro ” (inexpensive doesnt mean bad quality) with these guys. I recommend them 100%. They will be my guys to go when it comes to wimdows and doors.

The team at Alcon was great. My salesperson Victor was always available to answer all my questions. The on-site team was courteous and professional. They brought a huge team to finish as fast as possible. The windows are all quality and the work was impeccable. Thank you Alcon!

We discussed the option to change the windows and doors in our apartment many times, however, we always were afraid to decide who can do it because it is big investment and there are many companies in the market without any customer service, and most of these companies only have offices filled with pamphlets and no demo products. After much research I found Alcon Windows and Doors Corp. I went to their facilities to know who they were. Unfortunately, I went to their office when they were closed. However, one of the employees asked what she could do to help me and I said I wanted a quote for my windows and sliding doors for my apartment. She was very polite and took the time to listen my needs and provided me with answers to all my questions. This was the first time I thought, this is the company that we need because it is customer oriented. She also showed me the different kinds of glass they use and what is best according to our needs. I had the opportunity to see their large warehouse and many trucks they use for their daily jobs. After this visit we received a very competitive quote for our work. Someone came to our home to confirm the measurements and answered all the questions that we had. They always paid close attention to our inquires and they were very polite and assertive to solve our concerns. We choose this company for their customer service, competitive prices, excellent material quality, punctuality and the gentle manner of their employees when they came to our home to install the windows and sliding door. We recommend this company for your projects. Thanks to all the team at Alcon Windows and Doors Corp for all the work that you did to finish this project for us.

This company VERY professional, they started directly working on my windows when they arrive.. My windows look amazing. The staff is truly respectable and friendly. They are neat as well. The effort they put into there work is amazing. Thank you all at Alcon’s Windows!
