NEVER GIVE ANY COMPANY, ESPECIALLY THIS COMPANY ALL THE MONEY UPFRONT! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN THE DUST NOT FINISHING THEIR WORK! YOU WILL FEEL CONFIDENT INTO PAYING IN THE BEGINNING BECAUSE THEY GIVE YOU A CONTRACT BUT DON’T BE FOOLED!! THEY ARE BOLD, THEY DON’T CARE!! They don’t deserve 1 star!!! Me and my husband would’ve been living in our new home by now if was not for this horrible company and their run-around tactics just to steal our money and not even finish what they’ve started.

Really upset with them, because they did 85% of the job , took my money and vanished. No one wants to return the remaining money , no one is responsible, they say “we have problems with the bank” , only the boss has answers but he is not reachable. Cat and mouse. Yet they still do business even in my neighbourhood.

Project started on time, and my agent was responsive and professional. However, for the past 4 months it has been difficult to communicate with them or get an answer on the status of 2 pieces that are still missing. Noone is able to track my order and provide me with the status or timeline for completion. I finally was able to get information from the manufactured who confirmed my order has not been placed. I have requested a refund but Noone is answering emails or phone. P

The worst in company, do not place any orders with them, they are deceitful, manipulative, my husband placed an order and he has been trying for months to get them to pick up the phone and nothing, there are more than 14,000 dollars that they have paid and we do not have no money or windows

Excellent and professional service from day 1. Windows were delivered on time with no issues. The work crew was excellent and finished all the work on time and did and outstanding job. Overall great deal and great service, top notch. I would highly recommend this company for any impact window needs.

I was recommended this company by a good friend and I have to say that they are one of the most reliable companies I have dealt with when it comes to home improvement projects. They were there when they promised and the end product was top notch. I only had a few weeks to get it done for a big surprise I was trying to give and they made the deadline a few days before. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great end product and a smooth experience.

With so many window and door companies out there, it was difficult to make a decision. So glad we made the right choice with South Windows and Doors. The owner, Michael helped us choose the best windows and doors that served our needs and were within our budget. They never missed an appointment and our house was done by the time we were told. We have reduced our electricity bill significantly and have had zero issues with our windows.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very professional company. They removed all old railings and windows and installed the new windows and doors very quickly and within time we were told. Left everything impeccable and no damage done. Excellent service. -Gloria Otalora
